一种活塞切割式活检针,包括针蕊(1)、针管(3)、硅橡胶密封件(2)、外套管切刀(4),所述针蕊(1)由手柄盖(1-1)和与手柄盖(1-1)固接的针芯(1-2)组成,针管(3)由手柄体(3-1)和与手柄体(3-1)制成一体的管套(3-2)组成,管套(3-2)的前端侧面有舌形切刀(4-2)的进入开口(3-3),外套管切刀(4)由外套管(4-1)和外套管(4-1)延伸出来的舌形切刀(4-2)组成。针芯(1-2)亦是活塞杆,硅橡胶密封件(2)的密封作用使针芯(1-2)后退时,管套(3-2)的前段形成负压。

本发明涉及一种活检针,具体涉及一种活塞切割式活检针,属于医疗器械技术领域。
背景技术
目前,现有技术中的负压抽吸活检针,其弊端是采取过程中软组织肿瘤组织不易被离断取出,一次成功率低,需要进行多次肿瘤组织采集,反复穿刺易造成污染,对病人的预后极为不利。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有的负压抽吸活检针在采取过程中软组织肿瘤组织不易被离断取出,一次成功率低,需要进行多次肿瘤组织采集,反复穿刺易造成污染,对病人的预后极为不利的问题,进而提供一种活塞切割式活检针。
本发明的技术方案是:活塞切割式活检针包括针蕊、针管、外套管切刀、硅橡胶密封件,所述针蕊由手柄盖和与手柄盖固接的针芯组成,针管由手柄体和与手柄体制成一体的管套组成,管套的前端侧面有舌形切刀的进入开口,外套管切刀由外套管和外套管延伸出来的舌形切刀组成。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下效果:本发明的外套管延伸出来的舌形切刀可以通过管套的前端侧面的舌形切刀的进入开口离断进入管套的软组织肿瘤组织,可以一次顺利地取出软组织肿瘤组织。本发明适用于各种软组织肿瘤活检。

具体实施方式
结合图1、图2、图3说明本实施方式,本实施方式的活塞切割式活检针包括针蕊1、针管3、硅橡胶密封件2、外套管切刀4,所述针蕊1由手柄盖1-1和与手柄盖1-1固接的针芯1-2组成,针管3由手柄体3-1和与手柄体3-1制成一体的管套3-2组成,管套3-2的前端侧面有舌形切刀4-2的进入开口3-3,外套管切刀4由外套管4-1和外套管4-1延伸出来的舌形切刀4-2组成。针芯1-2亦是活塞杆,硅橡胶密封件2的密封作用使针芯1-2后退时,管套3-2的前段形成负压。
使用方法:结合图1、图2、图3说明本发明的使用方法,在图2的初始使用状态下进行穿刺,当针芯1-2的尖端到达病灶边缘,后退针芯1-2,使管套3-2的前段形成负压,管套3-2继续穿入病灶,此时病变组织进入管套3-2,向前推进外套管切刀4,舌形切刀4-2进入开口3-3,如图3,360度旋转手柄体3-1,病变组织即被离断,手握手柄体3-1拔出活检针,后退外套管切刀4,舌形切刀4-2亦退出开口3-3,向前推手柄盖1-1,针芯1-2的尖端即可将采集到的病变组织推出。

1.一种活塞切割式活检针,其特征是管套(3-2)的前端侧面有舌形切刀(4-2)的进入开(3-3),外套管切刀(4)由外套管(4-1)和外套管(4-1)延伸出来的舌形切刀(4-2)组成。
