本发明涉及一种内服治疗偏头痛的中药组合物，属中药领域。
背景技术：
偏头痛是原发性头痛中最常见的一种。其发生率高，在头痛患者中占很大一部分。随着人们生活节奏的加快，社会压力的增大，其患病率也逐渐升高，大大降低了患病人群的工作和生活质量。
偏头痛主要表现为反复发作的头部疼痛，或左或右，甚至双侧疼痛，常呈沉重感、压迫感、紧箍感、麻木感，可伴有恶心呕吐，头痛性质可为钝痛、胀痛、闷痛、隐痛、刺痛。目前，现代医学认为偏头痛是一种发作性原发性神经血管性头痛，其病因尚不明确，可能与遗传、内分泌、代谢、精神、饮食等因素有关。本病多发生于中青年，女性患者居多。
现代医学治疗偏头痛主要包括药物治疗和非药物治疗两个方面。非药物治疗主要有磁疗、氧疗、心理疏导、缓解压力、保持健康的生活方式、避免各种偏头痛诱因等。药物性治疗多因疗效不稳定、药物依赖性强、毒副作用大、复发率高，而在临床应用上有较大限制。
发明内容：
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种内服治疗偏头痛的中药组合物。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。一种内服治疗偏头痛的中药组合物，其特征在于由下列重量份数的中药原料制成：
川芎25、羌活20、苏木15、吴茱萸15、白芷9、细辛5、藁本9、柴胡9、白芍12、甘草10。
单剂药量(单位：克)：川芎25、羌活20、苏木15、吴茱萸15、白芷9、细辛5、藁本9、柴胡9、白芍12、甘草10。
配制及服用方法：水煎服，每日一剂，分两次早晚饭后服用，30天为一个疗程。
本发明方中川芎活血行气，祛风止痛；羌活祛风胜湿止痛；苏木活血化瘀止痛；吴茱萸散寒通络止痛，以上四味药共用为主药。白芷、细辛、藁本均能辛散上行、祛风散寒，可加强疏散之力；柴胡引药入于少阳，可载药升浮，直达头面，共为臣药。白芍敛阴而防以上诸药辛散太过，又有缓急止痛之长，为佐药。甘草缓解急迫，调和诸药，为使药。诸药合用共奏祛风散寒、通络化湿、化瘀止痛之功，而使病情向愈。
以下结合临床试验及典型病例对本发明做进一步说明。
一、临床试验
1、临床资料：选取偏头痛患者100例，男性31例，女性69例，年龄在35～55岁之间。
2、治疗方法：治疗组服用本发明药物，水煎服，每日一剂，分早晚两次饭后服用，30天为一个疗程，共服用一个疗程。
3、临床疗效观察：
患者均在疗程开始前和用药30天后记录头痛程度、发作频率、持续时间及伴随症状等，并计算积分。
(1)头痛程度
发作时需卧床为6分，发作时影响工作为4分，发作时不影响工作为2分。
(2)头痛发作频率
以月计算，每月发作5次以上为6分，3～4次为4分，2次以下为2分。
(3)头痛持续时间
持续2天以上为6分，持续12小时至2天为4分，小于12小时为2分。
(4)伴随症状
伴有恶心、呕吐、畏光、畏声等3项或以上为3分，2项为2分，1项为1分。
4、临床疗效评价：
治愈：治疗后头痛和伴随症状均消失；
显效：治疗后积分比治疗前积分减少50％以上；
有效：治疗后积分比治疗前积分减少21％～50％；
无效：治疗后积分比治疗前积分减少20％以下。
5、治疗结果：治疗组经过30天的治疗后，治愈20例，显效45例，有效30例，无效5例，总有效率95％。
二、典型病例：
例一：张某，女，48岁，患者头痛20余年，经常发作，发则头痛难忍，伴有恶心呕吐。近来因过度用脑、气候寒冷而发，始则视力模糊，羞明怕光，前额及眼眶胀痛，继则头顶及前额剧痛难忍，用止痛药不能止痛，诊脉弦紧，舌质暗，舌下络脉青紫怒张。诊断为偏头痛，口服本发明药物3天后疼痛有所减轻，6天后疼痛明显减轻，15天后头痛基本停止，继服15天以巩固疗效，随访半年未复发。
例二：金某，女，45岁，患者全头痛15年。于产后不久，就感到头痛，每遇到风就自觉风钻入脑内，故全天用毛巾包扎头部，尤其冬天如遇风寒则头痛如裂，屡治无效。舌质暗红，苔薄白，脉沉细而涩。诊断为偏头痛，口服本发明药物2天后自觉头痛已能够耐受，6天后头痛明显减轻，18天后头痛基本停止，继服12天以巩固疗效，随访1年未复发。
