本发明涉及一种心血管手术器械,具体说是一种手握式手术插管推进器。包括转轮仓、铰接在转轮仓上端的盖板,所述转轮仓是上端开口的壳体结构,转轮仓的内腔中通过轴承安装有转轮,所述转轮的外圆周设置有弧形凹槽,所述转轮仓和盖板上分别对应设置有转轮仓握柄和盖板握柄,所述盖板的内侧固定安装有管槽,所述管槽朝向棘轮盘的管壁上设有槽口;所述转轮的轮轴上设置有安装孔,所述安装孔中固定安装带有手轮的拐臂。该推进器采用手摇转轮推进插管前进,握柄控制转轮对插管的压力,避免了人工推进插管带来的缺陷,结构简单、使用方便,操作的稳定性和准确性大幅度提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种心血管手术器械,具体说是一种手握式手术插管推进器。
背景技术
在心脏或大血管手术中,常常需要在人体内插入手术导管,这些插管操作完全依靠医护人员手持插管向手术切口插入。这种手工作业对操作人员的要求较高,手持插管的稳定性和准确性难以掌握。中国专利2012102651582公开了一种《心血管手术插管固定夹》,手术过程中利用该固定架可以夹住插管的端部,插管过程中手持固定架操作可以在一定程度上提高插管操作的准确性和稳定性。但该固定夹只能起到固定插管和便于手持的作用,无法实现推进插管的动作,插管操作中仍然依靠操作者移动手臂实现插管的操作,对于不熟练的医生来说,手术过程中准确、稳定地移动手臂是非常困难的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述技术问题,提供一种结构简单、使用方便、提高插管手术准确性和稳定性的手握式手术插管推进器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案如下:本发明所述手握式手术插管推进器包括转轮仓、铰接在转轮仓上端的盖板,所述转轮仓是上端开口的壳体结构,转轮仓的内腔中通过轴承安装有转轮,所述转轮的外圆周设置有弧形凹槽,所述转轮仓和盖板上分别对应设置有转轮仓握柄和盖板握柄,所述盖板的内侧固定安装有管槽,所述管槽朝向棘轮盘的管壁上设有槽口;所述转轮的轮轴上设置有安装孔,所述安装孔中固定安装带有手轮的拐臂。
所述盖板前端带有向下延伸的挂耳,所述挂耳上设置有挂耳轴,所述转轮仓壳体的上端设置有轴孔,所述挂耳轴安装在转轮仓的轴孔中。
该推进器采用手摇转轮推进插管前进,握柄控制转轮对插管的压力,避免了人工推进插管带来的缺陷,结构简单、使用方便,操作的稳定性和准确性大幅度提高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
如图1、图2所示,本发明所述手握式手术插管推进器包括转轮仓1、铰接在转轮仓1上端的盖板2,所述转轮仓1是上端开口的壳体结构,转轮仓1的内腔中通过轴承安装有转轮3,所述转轮3的外圆周设置有弧形凹槽,所述转轮仓1和盖板2上分别对应设置有转轮仓握柄11和盖板握柄12,握紧转轮仓握柄11和盖板握柄12可以使盖板2的后端靠近转轮3。所述盖板2的内侧固定安装有管槽6,管槽6是与插管9的外径相匹配的管状体,所述管槽6朝向棘轮盘5的管壁上设有槽口61,转轮3的轮缘位于该槽口61中可以直接接触管槽6中的插管9;所述转轮3的轮轴上设置有安装孔,所述安装孔中固定安装带有手轮4的拐臂5。摇动手轮4,可以通过拐臂5带动转轮3旋转。
如图3所示,所述盖板2前端带有向下延伸的挂耳21,所述挂耳21上设置有挂耳轴22,所述转轮仓1壳体的上端设置有轴孔,所述挂耳轴22安装在转轮仓1的轴孔中。
手术中,将插管9的前端插入管槽6中,转轮仓握柄11和盖板握柄12,转动手轮4即可推动插管9前进。

1.手握式手术插管推进器,包括转轮仓(1)、铰接在转轮仓(1)上端的盖板(2),所述转轮仓(1)是上端开口的壳体结构,转轮仓(1)的内腔中通过轴承安装有转轮(3),所述转轮(3)的外圆周设置有弧形凹槽,其特征在于:所述转轮仓(1)和盖板(2)上分别对应设置有转轮仓握柄(11)和盖板握柄(12),所述盖板(2)的内侧固定安装有管槽(6),所述管槽(6)朝向棘轮盘(5)的管壁上设有槽口(61);所述转轮(3)的轮轴上设置有安装孔,所述安装孔中固定安装带有手轮(4)的拐臂(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手握式手术插管推进器,其特征在于:所述盖板(2)前端带有向下延伸的挂耳(21),所述挂耳(21)上设置有挂耳轴(22),所述转轮仓(1)壳体的上端设置有轴孔,所述挂耳轴(22)安装在转轮仓(1)的轴孔中。
