Abstract
可燃废弃废旧电池环保净化烟气焚烧电池炉,涉及环保焚烧减排废弃物低排放大气环保设备,其炉膛内设置立式炉蓖自上而下立式炉蓖的间距逐渐分开,顶层立式炉蓖的上方装有支撑的烟气吸尘器,炉体顶部装有烟气分流器,该烟气分流器下侧设置废旧电池入料器,其上部装有烟气混合器,该烟气混合器通过烟气净化器与烟气清洁器连通,烟气混合器通过烟气净化器与烟气清洁器连通,烟气清洁器为叁倒罐结构,其上部装有与该结构连通的立式排气管,并通过排气换气引风气管与焚烧电池炉连通,可燃减排性面广,适应大中小城市、县城、乡镇村可清洁1号5号7号纽扣废旧电池的净化回收处理。炉体可大可小,可同时焚烧1公斤至1吨、百吨、千吨废弃废旧电池。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及环保焚烧减排废弃物低排放大气环保设备,特别是可燃废弃废旧电池环保吸收净化烟气焚烧电池炉。
背景技术:
目前国内外可燃废弃废旧电池环保吸收净化烟气焚烧电池炉还没有报道公开,但其现有传统焚烧炉结构简单,不能焚烧1号5号7号纽扣废旧电池中的铅、锌、碳灰清洁回收,也不能控制净化焚烧废旧电池汞的有毒有害气体的污染排放,也不能减排降低烟气中的氮氧化物有毒有害废气的污染排放,也不能减排降低二氧化硫的排放浓度,也不能减排降低烟尘废气中的二英有毒有害气体污染排放,也不能减排净化清洁有害恶臭气体的污染排放的异味,也不能减排降低烟气中的温室气体二氧化碳的排放温度,也不能净化控制排放的蒸气白烟的污染排放。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是为了解决现有传统焚烧炉不能焚烧废旧电池,不能吸尘减排废气技术的空白,而提供适应城市、县城、乡镇村可收集回收焚烧1号5号7号纽扣电池中的铅、锌、碳灰,也可控制净化焚烧废旧电池排放的有毒有害废气污染排放,也可减排降低烟气中的氮氧化物有毒有害废气的污染排放,也可减排降低二氧化硫的排放浓度,也可减排降低烟尘废气中的二英有毒有害气体的污染排放,也可减排净化清洁有害恶臭气体污染排放的异味,也可减排降低烟气中的温室气体二氧化碳的排放温度,也可吸收净化控制排放的水蒸气白烟的污染排放,并能达到同体焚烧废旧电池,同体吸尘减排低排放大气环保要求的可燃废弃废旧电池环保吸收净化烟气焚烧电池炉。
本发明是这样实现的,它由炉体,炉膛,立式保温水套,立式铅锌碳灰收集器,废弃电池入料器,立式排气管等部件构成,其炉膛内设置立式炉篦,自上而下立式炉篦间距逐渐分开,顶层立式炉篦的上方装有支撑的烟气吸尘器,顶部装有烟气分流器,该烟气分流器下侧设置废旧电池入料器,其上部装有烟气混合器,该烟气混合器通过烟气净化器与废气清洁器连通,废气清洁器为叁倒罐结构,其上部装有与该结构连通的立式排气管,并通过排气换气引风管与焚烧电池炉连通。
本发明与现有传统焚烧排放技术相比具有以下优点和积极效果:
1 立式炉篦及废弃电池入料器改变了传统燃烧方式,所以燃烧充分,不抱炉,焚烧废旧1号5号7号纽扣电池快,分捡快,回收铅、锌、碳灰效率高。
2 不需要煤油助燃,即可达到被燃烧的废旧电池充分燃烧的目的。只要液化天然气助燃,清洁焚烧。
3 不需要任何现有传统的脱硫石灰水、布袋除尘、静电除尘脱硫塔冷却等环保设备,即可在焚烧废旧电池过程中实现无烟尘废气的排放,无烟气异味的排放,无蒸气污水的排放。
4 可燃减排性面广,适应城市、县城、乡镇村的可清洁焚烧1号5号7号纽扣废旧电池的减排减量的净化处理,炉体容积可大可小,可同体焚烧吸尘净化烟气,制造焚烧电池炉成本低,只需不锈钢板、管、弯头、法兰盘,铁板、管、弯头、法兰盘,耐火砖,耐火水泥,保温材料,PPC塑料板、管、弯头、法兰盘,防爆小型引风机,配电箱,柴油发电机。它是治理净化防治清洁城市、县城、乡镇村可清洁焚烧1号5号7号纽扣废弃废旧电池净化回收处理。炉体可大可小,可同体焚烧1公斤至1吨、百吨、千吨废弃废旧1号5号7号纽扣电池,又可控制焚烧废弃废旧1号5号7号纽扣电池燃烧产生的烟气废气尾气的净化减排,又可收集回收焚烧1号5号7号纽扣废弃废旧电池中的铅、锌、碳灰。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。
如图所示,本发明可燃废弃废旧电池环保吸收净化烟气焚烧电池炉,它由炉体1,控气排气阀2,炉膛3,立式保温水套4,立式炉篦5,铅锌碳收集器6,冷却降温换气罐7,烟气吸尘器8,吸尘脱硫器9,烟气分流器10,废旧电池入料器11,烟气混合器12,烟气净化器13,立式排气管14,烟气清洁器15,排气换气引风气管16,焚烧电池炉17组成。
本发明的炉膛3内设置立式炉篦5,自上而下立式炉篦5间距逐渐分开,顶层立式炉篦5的上方装有支撑的烟气吸尘器8,炉体1顶部装有烟气分流器10,该烟气分流器10下侧设置废旧电池入料器11,其上部装有烟气混合器12,该烟气混合器12通过烟气净化器13与烟气清洁器15连通,烟气清洁器15为叁倒罐结构,其上部装有与该结构连通的立式排气管14,并通过排气换气引风气管16与焚烧电池炉17连通。
本发明的炉体1内外壁之间构成立式保温水套4,其外壁上部设置吸尘脱硫器9,内壁上部设置控气排气阀2。本发明燃烧时,由炉底铅锌碳收集器6处点燃,可燃物自上而下进入炉膛3,在自流过程中废旧电池分布在立式炉篦5之上,充满整个炉膛3,燃烧方式自下向上形成自燃燃烧,立式保温水套4中的水被加热后,产生蒸气的同时,炉体1内壁也被加热,对可燃废旧电池起到烘干助燃作用。烟气分流器10烟气混合器12对燃烧的废旧电池产生的烟尘废气进行处理净化,并通过烟气净化器13对燃烧后的烟尘废气进行处理净化,并通过烟气净化器13排入烟气清洁器15,在烟气清洁器15内继续降温冷却,对有毒有害废气进行净化脱硫除异味,最终由立式排气管14排出的尾气达到符合环保低排放大气焚烧废旧电池清洁排放的减排的应用。
Claims (2)
1.可燃废弃废旧电池环保净化烟气焚烧电池炉,它包括炉体(1),炉膛(3),立式保温水套(4),立式炉篦(5),铅锌碳灰收集器(6),废旧电池入料器(11),立式排气管(14),其特征在于炉膛内设置立式炉篦(5),自上而下立式炉篦(5)间距逐渐分开,顶层立式炉篦(5)的上方装有支撑的烟气吸尘器(8),炉体(1)顶部装有烟气分流器(10),该烟气分流器(10)下侧设置废旧电池入料器(11),其上部装有烟气混合器(12),该烟气混合器(12)通过烟气净化器(13)与废气清洁器(15)连通,废气清洁器(15)为叁倒罐结构,其上部装有与该结构连通的立式排气管(14),并通过排气换气引风管(16)与焚烧电池炉(17)连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可燃废弃废旧电池环保净化烟气焚烧电池炉,其特征在于,炉体(1)内外壁之间构成立式保温水套(4),其外壁上部设置吸尘脱硫器(9),内壁上部设置控气排气阀(2)。
