本发明属于金属材料技术领域,涉及一种铁磁性材料。
背景技术
铁基微晶合金因其独特的磁性能、高的强度、优良的耐腐蚀性能和相对低廉的价格而特别受到关注,制备高玻璃形成能力和优良磁性能的铁基大块微晶合金将具有广泛的实际意义和用途。然而,作为一种潜在的功能材料,现在已开发的铁基微晶合金体系还不同时拥有强的微晶形成能力和优良的软磁性能,特别是对铁基微晶合金的磁致伸缩性能的研究。因此,开发和研制一种具有优良磁性、磁致伸缩性能和强微晶形成能力的铁基微晶合金具有重要的工业应用价值。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种铁磁性材料。
本发明的铁磁性材料成分及含量(百分比)为Fe 15%~25%,Ni 20%~45%,Gd 3%~10%,V 0.1%~0.3%,Ru 0.06%~0.08%,Al 7%~11%,其余为Co。上述原料中Fe 、Ni、V 、Ru、Al、Co纯度均大于99.9%。
本发明采用优选的配比,制备出的铁磁性材料,具有矫顽力低、饱和磁感应强度高的特点,且软磁性能优异。

实施例1
按照重量百分比为Fe 15%,Ni 45%,Gd 10%,V 0.3%,Ru 0.08%,Al 11%,其余为Co进行配料,上述各原料中Fe 、Ni、V 、Ru、Al、Co 的纯度均大于99.9%。
实施例2
按照重量百分比为Fe 25%,Ni 20%,Gd 3%,V 0.1%,Ru 0.06%,Al 7%,其余为Co进行配料,上述各原料中Fe 、Ni、V 、Ru、Al、Co 的纯度均大于99.9%。
实施例3
按照重量百分比为Fe 20%,Ni 30%,Gd 7%,V 0.2%,Ru 0.07%,Al 8%,其余为Co进行配料,上述各原料中Fe 、Ni、V 、Ru、Al、Co 的纯度均大于99.9%。
