Abstract

La invención se refiere a un dispositivo de trituración (10) para triturar mecánicamente conglomerados de material compuestos por materiales que varían en densidad y/o consistencia, que comprende una cámara de trituración (14) que tiene un lado de suministro con un medio de suministro (12) sobre la cámara de trituración (14) y un lado de descarga, dicha cámara de trituración se encuentra circundada por una pared de cámara de trituración particularmente circular cilíndrica y/o cónica, ensanchada en sentido descendente (42) y tiene al menos dos partes sucesivas en la dirección axial, en cada una de ellas está dispuesto, al menos, un rotor (26, 28, 30) coaxial con la cámara de trituración, cada rotor tiene un eje de rotor (25, 27, 29) y tiene herramientas de impacto (38) que se extienden sustancialmente de manera radial hacia la cámara de trituración (14), al menos mientras se encuentran operativos, los rotores (26, 28, 30) tienen direcciones opuestas de rotación en al menos dos partes sucesivas, las nervaduras deflectoras (46, 48) están dispuestas en el interior de la pared de la cámara de trituración en intervalos axiales y/o el radio de la pared de la cámara de trituración (42) aumenta desde la parte superior a la inferior. De acuerdo con la invención, al menos una salida de polvo está dispuesta (70, 72, 74) en y/o debajo de la pared de la cámara de trituración (42) y/o en conexión con una salida de material (92), dicha salida de polvo (70, 72, 74, 96) está conectada con un dispositivo de flujo de aire (84) para descargar la mezcla de partículas/aire generada en la cámara de trituración (14) y dicho dispositivo de flujo de aire (84) posee al menos un ventilador para transportar la mezcla de partículas/aire desde la cámara de trituración (14). Por medio de dicho dispositivo se logran energías de impacto muy altas de los conglomerados de material, que se separarán, contra las herramientas de impacto, en donde el polvo, es decir, la mezcla de partículas/aire que se genera durante la trituración, es efectivamente descargada desde la cámara de trituración para garantizar una operación eficiente.
