Abstract
UTILIZANDO UN MÉTODO PARA DETECTAR VARIABLES EN UNA SALIDA DE UN RECIPIENTE METALÚRGICO, LAS DIFERENTES VARIABLES EN LA SALIDA (5) SE DETECTAN O MIDEN POR MEDIO DE AL MENOS UNA BOBINA (6', 11', 13') QUE RODEA EL CANAL DE SALIDA (12) O POR MEDIO DE UNA BOBINA DE INDUCCIÓN (15) EN UN CALENTADOR DE INDUCCIÓN (14) COMO MEDIO DE MONITOREO, EN DONDE LAS VARIABLES SE REFIEREN PREFERIBLEMENTE A LA PORCIÓN DE ESCORIA CUANDO SE VIERTE EL METAL FUNDIDO, LA CONDICIÓN DE DESGASTE DE LAS PARTES REFRACTARIAS EN EL CANAL DE SALIDA, LA MASA FUNDIDA DE METAL SOLIDIFICADO, EL CAUDAL O LA MASA DE TAPONAMIENTO EN EL CANAL DE SALIDA. POR CONSIGUIENTE, DESPUÉS DE LA EVALUACIÓN, SE PUEDE ACTIVAR UN ELEMENTO DE CIERRE PARA LA SALIDA, EL CALENTAMIENTO DEL METAL EN EL CANAL DE SALIDA O LA RENOVACIÓN DEL CANAL DE SALIDA. DE ESTA MANERA, SE PUEDE LOGRAR UNA OPERACIÓN ÓPTIMA DEL VERTIDO DE METAL FUNDIDO DESDE UN RECIPIENTE, EN EL QUE SE DETECTAN IRREGULARIDADES DURANTE TODO EL VERTIDO, EVITANDO ASÍ VERTIR ESCORIA AL FINAL DEL MISMO.
