Abstract
La presente tecnología corresponde a un proceso para la obtención de la proteína recombinante de Aloficocianina funcional, el cual está basado en el empleo de tres vectores bicistronicos que comprenden dos secuencias de interés cada uno, estas secuencias codifican para diferentes variantes de las subunidades necesarias para obtener una proteína funcional.
