<p>LA INVENCIÓN SE REFIERE A UN MÉTODO PARA PRODUCIR UN POLVO DE CHOCOLATE AGLOMERADO SOLUBLE, DICHO POLVO COMPRENDE CACAO Y OTROS INGREDIENTES DE POLVO DE CHOCOLATE QUE INCLUYEN UN EDULCORANTE Y/O UN POLVO DE COMPONENTE BLANCO QUE COMPRENDE PROTEÍNA, DICHO PROCESO COMPRENDE LAS ETAPAS DE: - PREPARAR UNA EMULSIÓN ACUOSA DE GRASA DE CACAO, - CARGAR UN AGLOMERADOR DE LECHO FLUIDIZADO CON LOS INGREDIENTES SÓLIDOS DE POLVO DE CHOCOLATE DISTINTOS AL CACAO, - PULVERIZAR LA EMULSIÓN DE GRASA DE CACAO EN EL AGLOMERADOR DE LECHO FLUIDIZADO PARA FORMAR AGLOMERADOS. LA INVENCIÓN SE REFIERE, ADEMÁS, AL USO DE UNA EMULSIÓN ACUOSA DE GRASA DE CACAO PARA AGLOMERAR INGREDIENTES E POLVO DE CHOCOLATE DE UN POLVO DE CHOCOLATE AGLOMERADO SOLUBLE.</p>
