Abstract

Un atomizador conformado por una placa (1) vibrante que es excitada por un transductor ultrasónico, el cual transforma un chorro de liquido en una pluralidad de gotitas atomizadas, con el fin de ser utilizada en procesos industriales, como por ejemplo de separación sólido — líquido, que opera a grandes caudales de líquidos y produce gotitas atomizadas mas uniformes, en donde al vibrar dicha placa (1) en uno de sus modos se produce al menos una línea nodal (7) y al menos un vientre (8), en donde dicho atomizador posee: al menos una perfo ración de entrada (9) de líquido a atomizar localizada en dicha al menos una línea nodal (7); al menos una perforación de salida (10) del líquido atomizado localizada en dicho al menos un vientre (8); en donde cada perforación de entrada de dicha al menos una perforación de entrada (9) está conectada con cada perforación de salida de dicha al menos una perforación de salida (10), por medio de al menos un canal 01, 12, 13) localizado al interior de dicha placa (1); en donde en el vientre (8) central de la placa (1), y en la cara posterior (19), está instalado un cabezal de acoplamiento (16) de un amplificador mecánico (15) conectado al transductor ultrasónico.An atomizer formed by a vibrating plate (1) that is excited by an ultrasonic transducer, which transforms a jet of liquid into a plurality of atomized droplets, in order to be used in industrial processes, such as solid-liquid separation , which operates at large flow rates of liquids and produces more uniform atomized droplets, where when said plate (1) vibrates in one of its modes at least one nodal line (7) and at least one belly (8) is produced, where said atomizer has: at least one inlet perforation (9) of liquid to be atomized located in said at least one nodal line (7); at least one outlet perforation (10) of the atomized liquid located in said at least one belly (8); wherein each input perforation of said at least one input perforation (9) is connected to each output perforation of said at least one output perforation (10), by means of at least one channel 01, 12, 13) located inside said plate (1); wherein in the central belly (8) of the plate (1), and in the rear face (19), a coupling head (16) of a mechanical amplifier (15) connected to the ultrasonic transducer is installed.
