Abstract
SISTEMA Y MÉTODO PARA PROCESAR MINERAL, EN DONDE DICHO SISTEMA COMPRENDE: (A) UN REACTOR QUE COMPRENDE UNA CÁMARA COMPUESTA DE GRAFITO QUE TIENE UNA PRIMERA ABERTURA PARA ACOMODAR LA ENTRADA DE UN SOPLETE DE PLASMA, EN DONDE DICHO SOPLETE DE PLASMA OPERA EN UN MODO DE NO TRANSFERENCIA; DICHO SOPLETE TIENE UN EXTREMO ACTIVO Y UN EXTREMO INACTIVO; DICHO SOPLETE SE ENCUENTRA UBICADO OPERATIVAMENTE A TRAVÉS DE LA PRIMERA ABERTURA EN UNA ORIENTACIÓN CON EL EXTREMO ACTIVO EXTENDIÉNDOSE HACIA LA CÁMARA Y LEJOS DE LA PRIMERA ABERTURA Y EL EXTREMO INACTIVO SE ASEGURA EN LA CÁMARA, PRÓXIMO A LA PRIMERA ABERTURA; EN DONDE DICHA CÁMARA COMPRENDE ADEMÁS UNA SEGUNDA ABERTURA CERCA DE LA PRIMERA ABERTURA PARA LA ENTRADA DE MINERAL Y DE GAS PORTADOR QUE TIENE UNA TRAYECTORIA CONSTREÑIDA HACIA LA CÁMARA, ESTANDO LA SEGUNDA ABERTURA PRÓXIMA A LA PRIMERA ABERTURA; ESTANDO LA TRAYECTORIA DEL MINERAL Y DEL GAS PORTADOR A LO LARGO DEL MISMO EJE, CON RESPECTO AL EJE PRINCIPAL DEL SOPLETE DE PLASMA; EN DONDE DICHA CÁMARA SE ENCUENTRA RODEADA RADIALMENTE POR SERPENTINES INDUCTIVOS, QUE SUMINISTRAN UNA CORRIENTE ALTERNA DE ALTA FRECUENCIA QUE CREA UN CAMPO MAGNÉTICO QUE AGITA EL MINERAL MIENTRAS PASA A TRAVÉS DEL REACTOR Y AYUDA A CONTROLAR LA TEMPERATURA DEL REACTOR; (B) UN PRECIPITADOR DE POLVOS EN DONDE DICHO PRECIPITADOR DE POLVOS COMPRENDE UNA PLURALIDAD DE FILTROS PARA CAPTURAR EL MINERAL PARTICULADO; (C) UN SISTEMA DE DESCARGA GASEOSA, EN DONDE DICHO SISTEMA COMPRENDE UN SISTEMA DE FILTRACIÓN PARA RETIRAR LOS GASES TÓXICOS QUE SALEN DE DICHO REACTOR Y DEL PRECIPITADOR DE POLVOS.
