Abstract

UN PROCESO PARA LA OBTENCIÓN DE UN FLLM QUE COMPRENDE LA INCORPORACIÓN DE AGENTES ANTIMICROBIANOS DE ORIGEN NATURAL EN UNA ESTRUCTURA POLIRNÉRICA, PARA EL DESARROLLO DE ENVASES DESTINADOS A INCREMENTAR LA VIDA ÚTIL DE CARNE REFRIGERADA, PREFERENTEMENTE DE SALMÓN FRESCO REFRIGERADO, EN QUE DICHO PROCESO COMPRENDE LAS SIGUIENTES ETAPAS: A) OBTENER MICROCÁPSULAS DE UN AGENTE ANTIMICROHIANO DE ORIGEN NATURAL EN UN MEDIO ENVOLVENTE, QUE COMPRENDE LOS PASOS DE: AL) ELABORAR UNA FASE ACUOSA DISOLVIENDO GOMA ARÁBIGA (QUIMATIC) Y TWEEN 20 EN AGILA DESTILADA; A2) ELABORAR UNA FASE OLEOSA A TRAVÉS DE UNA SOLUCIÓN DEL AGENTE ANTINIICROBIANO DE ORIGEN NATURAL, CON UNA MEZCLA DE TIMOL Y CARVACROL; <em>A3) </em>PREPARAR UNA EMULSIÓN INCORPORANDO LA FASE ACUOSA SOBRE LA FASE OLEOSA; H) INCORPORAL' LAS MICROCÁPSULAS EN POLÍMEROS. TRATÁNDOLOS PREVIAMENTE PARA DISMINUIR SU TENSIÓN SUPERFICIAL (TRATAMIENTO CORONA), DEPOSITÁNDOSE LAS MIEROCÁPSULAS SOBRE EL FILM Y DEJÁNDOLAS SECAR EN ESTUFA A TEMPERATURA CONTROLADA.
