Description

  

  Apparat zur Herstellung von Drahtbügeln. .    Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung  ist ein Apparat zur Herstellung von Draht  bügeln, insbesondere solchen, welche zur  Armierung von Beton verwendet werden.  



  Nach der Erfindung besitzt der Apparat  einen auf einer Platte angeordneten Zapfen;  welcher mit Nuten zum Einlegen von Dräh  ten versehen ist. .Auf dem Zapfen ist ein  Hebel     schwingbar    gelagert, welcher mit  einem Ansatz versehen 'ist,     mittelst    wel  chem bei Drehung des Hebels ein in die  Nuten des Zapfens gelegter Draht umge  bogen werden kann. Im ferneren ist ein  Organ zum Schneiden von Drähten vor  handen.  



  Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist der  Erfindungsgegenstand in einer beispielswei  sen Ausführungsform zur Darstellung ge  bracht, und es zeigt von derselben:       Fig.    1 eine Ansicht von der Seite,       Fig.    2 eine Ansicht von oben, und       Fig.    3 eine ebensolche mit aufgesetztem  Messer.  



  Nach der Zeichnung ist a die Platte, wel  che mit Löchern b zwecks Durchführung    von Befestigungsorganen versehen ist. An  der Platte ä ist der abgesetzte hohlzylin  drische Zapfen c befestigt. Die obere Stirn  seite des Zapfens c ist mit Nuten     d    versehen.  welche zum Einlegen des     .Drahtes    c be  stimmt sind. Auf dem Zapfen c ist mittelst  des     Scheiberinges    f der Hebel     cg    horizontal  schwingbar gelagert. Der Hebel g ist mit.

    Ansätzen     -1a    und i versehen und kann durch  ersteren der in die Nuten d gelegte Draht     e.,     wie die     Fig.    1 und 2 zeigen, bei Drehung  des Hebels     g    zu einem     .Bügel    umgebogen  werden.     7c    bezeichnet ein auf .den Hebel     g     gesetztes Messer, mittelst welchem die  Drähte auch. abgeschnitten werden     können..     Der Messerkörper -weist zwei --Bohrungen  auf, die mit den Ansätzen<I>h.</I> und<I>i</I>     korres-          pondier    en, und greifen letztere in erstere  ein, wenn das Messer-aufgesetzt wird.

       Däs-          Messer    ist     einerends    mit. einer' bogenförmi  gen Stirnseite     l    versehen, deren beide     End-;     kanten als Schneiden ausgebildet sind.  Selbstverständlich könnten beide Stirnseiten.  des Messers mit durch je: zwei     :Endkanten     gebildeten Schneiden versehen sein.      . Der     -vorheschriebene    Apparat -ermöglicht  eine rasche, sowie leichte Bildung von  Drahtbügeln ohne spezielle Kenntnisse.
