Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Transportvorrichtung für auf einen Haspel aufgewickelte Absperrmittel gemäss Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1. The object of the invention is a transport device for shut-off means wound on a reel according to the preamble of claim 1.

Zum Auffangen von auf Gewässern (Flüssen und Seen) schwimmendem Öl werden heute schwimmende Sperren verwendet, welche teilweise oberhalb und teilweise unterhalb der Wasseroberfläche schwimmen. Die Ölsperren bestehen aus einem schlauchförmigen Gebilde, in welchem für den Auftrieb Schwimmkörper eingesetzt sind. Die Lagerung solcher Schläuche, die meist in ca. 10 Meter langen Stücken hergesteilt und bis zu mehreren hundert Meter langen Gebilden zusammengesetzt werden, ist schwierig. Insbesondere ist es zeitlich aufwendig, die Sperrenabschnitte von einem Transportmittel, z.B. einem Lastwagen abzuladen, zusammenzusetzen und anschliessend in das verschmutzte Gewässer einzubringen. Als besonders nachteilig erweist es sich, dass auf diese Weise zusammengesetzte Sperrenabschnitte erst sehr spät am Ziel zum Einsatz gelangen können. Es ist daher bereits ein Transportwagen bekannt geworden, auf dem die aus mehreren Stücken zusammengesetzte Ölsperre, deren Länge beispielsweise 300 Meter sein kann, aufgewickelt ist. Als Folge des sich daraus ergebenden grossen Volumens müssen entsprechend grosse Haspel vorgesehen werden, die die Ölsperre aufzunehmen vermögen. Diese Haspel sind heute bei der bekannten Vorrichtung auf verhältnismässig leichten Anhängern, wie sie beispielsweise auch für den Transport von Sportgeräten oder Tieren dienen und auch an Personenwagen angehängt werden können, aufgesetzt. Üblicherweise müssen die Ölsperren an nicht sehr gut zugänglichen Uferstellen zu Wasser gebracht werden, so dass die Zufahrt mit einem an einem Transportfahrzeug hängenden Haspelwagen umständlich ist. Zudem genügen in vielen Fällen die auf einem solchen Haspelwagen transportierbaren Mengen nicht, und es müssen zusätzliche Abschnitte an Ort und Stelle angesetzt werden. Dies wiederum benötigt kostbare Zeit, während der sich das auf dem Wasser treibende Öl rasch ausbreiten oder bei fliessendem Gewässer abgetrieben werden kann. In der Praxis hat sich überdies gezeigt, dass, bedingt durch die Grösse dieser Ölsperrenanhän-ger, an die Fahrer des Zugfahrzeuges hohe Anforderungen gestellt werden müssen und ein Unfallrisiko während der Fahrt in verstärkter Form gegeben ist. Diese Arbeit kann gefahrlos mit einer geringen Anzahl Bedienungspersonen durchgeführt werden. Die für den Transport benötigten Lastkraftwagen können sofort nach dem Abladen weitere Transportvorrichtungen mit Haspeln herbeischaffen und sie an den entsprechenden Stellen absetzen.
