Abstract

The watch includes a cover glass and frame which may be rotated with respect to the body of the watch. The frame includes a series of rounded teeth (2) on its circumference, with notches (3) between them. A peg (5) is mounted to the side of the main body of the watch, standing perpendicular to the plane of the watch face in order to engage these notches. The peg is spring biased towards the teeth in order to lock the frame in place. A knurled nut (14) on the side of the watch is used to clamp the spring in order to move the peg to the locked position. When the nut is released, the peg is withdrawn, and the frame ring may be rotated. USE - Frame may include reference marker, useful to divers in recording time of their dive.
