Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Schmuck stück, das um den Hals oder am Kragen einer Trägerperson befestigbar ist.
Erfindungsgemäss ist dieses Schmuckstück dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass es einen V-förmigen und konvex gewölb ten, der Hals- oder Kragenkrümmung einer Trägerperson mindestens annähernd angepassten, Hauptkörper aufweist, der mit einem Befestigungslappen für die Aufnahme eines Ziergegenstandes versehen ist und dass am Hauptkörper eine Schiessvorrichtung zum Sichern des Ziergegenstandes am Be festigungslappen angeordnet ist.
Mit dem Erfindungsgegenstand sollen folgende Vorteile erzielt werden.
- er ersetzt die übliche Krawatte und macht so das Krawat tenbinden überflüssig; - er ist schnell und mühelos am Hals oder am Kragen einer Trägerperson befestigbar; - er ist apart und effektvoll und - kann durch Auswechseln eines Anhängeteiles jederzeit in seiner ästhetischen Formgebung verändert werden.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes ist nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. In der Zeichnung zeigen: Fig. 1 eine Stiransicht des Schmuckstückes, Fig. 2 eine Seitenansicht des in Fig. 1 dargestellten Schmuckstückes, Fig. 3 eine Längsschnittansicht des Hauptkörpers des in Fig. 2 dargestellten Schmuckstückes, Fig. 4 eine Seiten- und Vorderansicht des Halterungsbü- gels,
Fig. 5 eine Seiten- und Vorderansicht des Schliessorgans und Fig. 6 eine Seiten- und Vorderansicht des Federelementes. Wie aus der Zeichung ersichtlich ist, weist das Schmuck stück einen V-förmigen Hauprkörper 1 auf, der konvex derart gewölbt ist, dass er sich im wesentlichen dem Hals oder dem Kragen einer Trägerperson anpassen kann. An der Rückseite des Hauptkörpers ist eine ebenfalls V-förmige Verstärkungs rippe 2 mit dem Hauptkörper verlötet. Am unteren Rand 3 dieser Rippe ist ein Befestigungslappen 4 angebracht, an wel chem eine Befestigungsöse 5 oder dergleichen eines Zierge genstandes 6 angehängt werden kann.
Zwecks Sicherung dieses Ziergegenstandes 6 am Befesti gungslappen 4 ist ein Schliessorgan 7 vorgesehen, das mit sei nem einen Ende in einem Halterungsbügel 8 verankert ist und mit seinem anderen freien Ende die Öffnung 15 zwischen dem Befestigungslappen 4 und der Rippe 2 abschliesst. Hierzu ist das Schliessorgan 7 durch eine Öffnung 9 des Halterungsbü- gels 8 hindurchgeführt und mit Hilfe des gabelförmigen Endes 10 am Halterungsbügel 8 verankert. Ein blattförmiges Feder- element 11 wirkt mit seinem freien Ende 12 auf das gabelför mige Ende 10 des Schliessorgans 7, indem es in die Gabelöff nung 13 greift.
Mit einem Niet 14, der durch das Loch 8a des Halterungsbügels 8 und das Loch 11a des Federelementes 11 greift, werden diese beiden Teile (8 und 11) von der Rück seite des Hauptkörpers 1 her mit diesem vernietet. Diese Teile bilden zusammen mit dem Schliessorgan 7 einen Klipp- Verschluss, indem das Schliessorgan 7 nur durch Überwindung der vom Federelement 11 auf dieses ausgeübte Federkraft vom Befestigungslappen weggeschwenkt werden und dadurch die Öffnung 15 freigeben kann. In dieser Freigabestellung des Schliessorgans kann der Ziergegenstand 6 vom Hauptkörper 1 entfernt und durch einen anderen Ziergegenstand ersetzt wer den.
Die an der Vorderseite des Hauprkörpers 1 sichtbare Niet stelle des Nietes 14 ist mittels eines Schmuckgegenstandes 16, beispielsweise ein Schmuckstein, abgedeckt, welcher in einer mit dem Hauptkörper 1 fest verbundenen Fassung 17 einge setzt ist.
Zwecks Befestigung des Schmuckstückes um den Hals oder am Kragen einer Trägerperson, sind am Hauptkörper 1 Befe stigungsmittel (nicht dargestellt) in Form einer Halskette Cder dergleichen vorgesehen.
Der Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung lässt sich aus einem beliebigen Werkstoff, beispielsweise Metall, herstellen. Auch kann die Form des Ziergegenstandes 6 und diejenige des Schmuckgegenstandes 16 beliebig gewählt werden.
