Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Sortier- und Lagerkasten für kleine Teile. Sortierkästen dieser Art werden beispielsweise von Flickschustern zum Aufbewahren eines Sortiments von Nägeln, Plättchen usw. verwendet. Sie haben nur eine beschränkte Anzahl von Fächern oder Abteilen, da diese meist nur auf einer Ebene angeordnet sind. Bei mehrstöckigen Kästen sind die Abstände zwischen den Stockwerken mit Abteilen so gross gewählt, dass die Teile immer leicht zugänglich sind. Solche mehrstöckigen Sortierkästen nehmen daher im Vergleich zu den darin aufbewahrten Teilen relativ viel Platz ein.
Die Erfindung will einen Sortierkasten schaffen, der weniger Platz beansprucht und daher mit Vorteil auch als Lagerkasten gebraucht werden kann.
Erfindungsgemäss lässt sich dies erreichen mit einem Kasten, der sich auszeichnet durch eine um einen zentralen, vertikalen Zapfen drehbare Plattform, auf der oben offene, segmentförmige Behälter angeordnet sind, die je für sich um an der Peripherie der Plattform angeordnete, vertikale Zapfen nach aussen schwenkbar sind, wobei oberhalb dieser Plattform eine weitere drehbare Plattform mit Behältern mit geringem Spiel zur Oberkante der Behälter der unteren Plattform angebracht ist.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigt:

Der Kasten umfasst einen Fuss 1 (Fig. 2), auf dem ein zentraler, vertikaler Zapfen 2 angeordnet ist. Der Zapfen 2 besteht aus mehreren zusammengeschraubten Teilen 2a, 2b usw. Auf dem Zapfen 2 sind Plattformen 3a, 3b, 3c usw.
drehbar gelagert. Jede Plattform ist dazu mit einem zentralen Lager 4 (Fig. 4) mit vertikaler Bohrung versehen.
Das Lager 4 hat die Form eines mit einem Bund 5 versehenen Rohres, das mit der Plattform 3 durch Umbördeln verbunden ist.
Die Plattform 3 selber ist rund, ist aus Blech hergestellt und hat einen umgebogenen Rand. An der Peripherie jeder Plattform sind vier vertikale Zapfen 6 befestigt. Der Zapfen 6 durchsetzt eine Lagerstelle 7 eines segmentförmigen Behälters 8. Auf diese Weise ist jeder Behälter für sich um einen Zapfen 6 nach aussen verschwenkbar. In den Fig. 1 und 3 ist ein Behälter 8' in nach aussen geschwenkter Lage dargestellt.
In dieser Lage ist der Inhalt des Behälters leicht zugänglich, obwohl zwischen der Oberkante des Behälters und der dar über angeordneten Plattform nur ein geringes Spiel vorhanden ist.
Das Spiel s (Fig. 2) zwischen Oberkante, Behälter und der darüber angeordneten Plattform ist dadurch gewährleistet, dass jedes zentrale Zapfenelement 2a, 2b, 2c usw. einen eigenen Bund 9 hat, auf dem sich das Lager 4 bzw. dessen verdickter Teil 5 abstützt. Die Bünde 9 schliessen jeweils ein Lager 4 beidseitig ein, so dass die Plattform mit den darauf angebrachten Behältern sich nicht nach oben verschieben kann. Die einzelnen Zapfenelemente 2 sind unten mit einer Gewindebohrung 10 und oben mit einem Gewindeansatz 11 versehen.
Der beschriebene Aufbau erlaubt den Kasten jeweils mit einer Plattform aufzustocken, um damit das Fassungsvermögen des Kastens zu vergrössern.
Auf den jeweils zuobersten Gewindeansatz 11 wird mit Vorteil ein Griff 12 (Fig. 1) aufgeschraubt, mit dem sich der Kasten transportieren lässt. Zugleich ist damit die oberste Plattform gegen Verschieben nach oben auf dem Zapfen 2 gesichert.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Sortier- und Lagerkasten für kleine Teile, gekennzeichnet durch eine um einen zentralen, vertikalen Zapfen drehbare Plattform, auf der oben offene, segmentförmige Behälter angeordnet sind, die je für sich um an der Peripherie der Plattform angeordnete vertikale Zapfen nach aussen schwenkbar sind, wobei oberhalb dieser Plattform eine weitere drehbare Plattform mit Behältern mit geringem Spiel zur Oberkante der Behälter der unteren Plattform angebracht ist.
UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Sortier- und Lagerkasten nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zentrale, vertikale Zapfen aus einzelnen, miteinander verschraubten Teilen zusammengesetzt ist, deren Höhe der Höhe der Plattform mit darauf aufgesetzten Behältern angepasst ist.
2. Sortier- und Lagerkasten nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Plattform mit einem zentralen Lager mit vertikaler Bohrung versehen ist, dessen Höhe der Höhe der Plattform mit darauf aufgesetzten Behältern angepasst ist.
3. Sortier- und Lagerkasten nach Patentanspruch und den Unteransprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes der miteinander verschraubten Teile des zentralen, vertikalen Zapfens unten mit einem Bund versehen ist, auf dem das Lager mit vertikaler Bohrung sich abstützt.

In this position, the contents of the container are easily accessible, although there is only a small amount of play between the upper edge of the container and the platform arranged above it.
The play s (Fig. 2) between the upper edge, the container and the platform arranged above is guaranteed by the fact that each central pin element 2a, 2b, 2c etc. has its own collar 9 on which the bearing 4 or its thickened part 5 supports. The collars 9 each enclose a bearing 4 on both sides, so that the platform with the containers attached to it cannot move upwards. The individual pin elements 2 are provided with a threaded hole 10 at the bottom and a threaded attachment 11 at the top.
The structure described allows the box to be topped up with a platform in order to increase the capacity of the box.
A handle 12 (FIG. 1), with which the box can be transported, is advantageously screwed onto the uppermost threaded extension 11. At the same time, the top platform is secured against shifting upwards on the pin 2.
