Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. 396727 Puppe oder Spielzeugtier Das Hauptpatent betrifft eine Puppe oder ein Spiel zeugtier, wobei ihr oder ihm ein Phonograph zur Wie dergabe von Tonfolgen zugeordent ist.
Nach der vorliegenden Erfindung ist der Phono graph in der Puppe, bzw. indem Spielzeugtier angeord net.
Eine Ausführungsform ,des Erfindungsgegenstandes ist anschliessend anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnung beispielsweise und näher erläutert. Es zeigen: Fig. 1 eine Puppe und Fig. 2 einen Längsschnitt entlang der Schnittlinie 2-2.
Die in den Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellte Puppe enthält einen mit 11 bezeichneten Phonographen, der so aus- gebildet sein kann, wie dies in der Patentschrift Nr. 369 916 beschrieben ist. Der Phonograph kann durch eine Zugschnur 12 in Tätigkeit .gesetzt werden, an de ren Ende ein Ring 13 befestigt ist.
Ein Teil des Körpers der Puppe ist in Fig. 2 dargestellt und mit 15 bezeich net, wobei in diesem Teil des Körpers der Phonograph 11 vorgesehen ist. Der Körper kann aus gegossenem oder gespritztem Kunststoff bestehen und besitzt eine Öse 17, durch welche sich die Zugschnur 12 erstreckt. An der Zugschnur ist ,ausserhalb der Puppe der Ring 13 befestigt.
Die Öse und der Ring befinden sich wie dargestellt vorzugsweise an der Rückseite der Puppe, so,dass :die Schnur von einem Kind leicht angezogen und freigegeben werden kann. Der Mechanismus und die Anordnung ist äusserst robust, so dass weder die Puppe noch der Phonograph zerstört werden können, und zwar unabhängig davon, ob die Zugschnur vollständig oder nur teilweise angezogen wird.
Wie aus der Darstellung zu ersehen ist, besitzt der Körper der Puppe im Inneren eine Reihe von eingeform- ten, quer verlaufenden Stützorganen 20, 21 und 22, welche dazu dienen, den Phonographen 11 in der dar- gestellten Lage zu halten. Der Phonograph besitzt einen vorspringenden Rand 24, in welchem sich der zur Sprachwiedergabe vorgesehene Konus befindet.
Der Rand 24 ist in eine ringförmige Öffnung 25 im Inneren ,der Puppe eingepasst. In; diesem Ring 25 befindet sich ein ebenfalls ringförmiges Organ 27, dessen Aussenteil wie gezeigt perforiert ist und deren Aussenfläche der Puppe entsprechend geformt ist.
Der Teil 27 wird durch einen nach innen ragenden Flansch in eine Öffnung in dem Körper 15 gehaltert. über dem Teil 27 befindet sich vorzugsweise ein, gefärbtes gewebtes Material 29, wobei dieses Material an dem Rand zwischen dem Ring 27 und dem Flansch, der die Öffnung aussen umgibt, gehalten wird.
Der Phonograph 11 ist so ausgebildet, dass er mehrere Spuren aufweist, die einander gleichberechtigt parallel zueinander verlaufen, das Ganze derart, dass es für den Zufall überlassen bleibt, welche Spur bei einer Betätigung des Phonographen in Eingriff mit den Wie dergabemitteln, d. h.
mit einer Nadel und ,dem ange- schlossenen Konus gelangt. Vorzugsweise sind die Ton spuren spiralförmig ,auf einer Platte angeordnet, wobei die Platte durch einen Federmechanismus angetrieben wird. Der Federmechanismus wird durch die Zugfedern 12 aufgezogen.
Eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Phonographen ist in der oben bezeichneten Patentschrift enthalten; selbstverständlich sind jedoch auch andere Konstruktionen von Phonographen verwendbar. An stelle der Puppe können .selbstverständlich ,auch andere Figuren z. B. Stofftiere oder Teile hiervon zur Aufnahme des Phonographen verwendet werden.
Daneben besteht auch die Möglichkeit, den Phonographen .ausserhalb der Puppe, beispielsweise in einem Gehäuse, vorzusehen, wobei die Puppe .an dem Gehäuse befestigt ist.
Wenn der Phonograph mehrere Tonspuren aufweist, wobei es bei der Betätigung des Phonographen dem Zu fall überlassen bleibt, welche der mehreren Tonspuren mit dem Wiedergabemechanismus in;
Eingriff gelangt. kann ein Kind, welches mit der Puppe spielt, die von dem Phonographen wiedergegebene Tonfolge als eine Antwort der Puppe - beispielsweise auf eine Frage - be trachtet werden.
