Description

Protective ointment for working with aldehydes, especially formaldehyde, and aldehyde-containing products.
At the. Working with aldehydes, in particular formaldehyde, or products containing aldehydes, such as certain glues, can damage the skin from these aldehydes.
An ointment has now been found which provides good protection for the skin when working with aldehydes, in particular formaldehyde, and aldehyde-containing products. glicht. The protective cap according to the invention is characterized in that one or more aliphatic compounds, which contain one or more external amino groups, are incorporated into an ointment base.
Suitable aliphatic compounds with one or more primary amino groups are, for example, acid amides, such as urea or acetamide or amines, respectively. Amino acids, for example glycocolla or stearylamine. Urea in particular has proven to be particularly effective.
The sa'lbengrumdlage can, for example, consist of a greasy or oily carrier, in particular a water-absorbent wi. such as wool fat or purified wool fat fractions or a plant slime such as agar-agar, or from a jelly, for example silica jelly.
The sulfuric acid esters of acid amides of the high niotecular acids of the fatty and oil acid series have already been used for the transfer of Ptilve'mzweobs in paste form, and these compounds have also been used in the manufacture of skin protection agents. A boc acid ointment is also known which contains acetanilide and a neutral fat-free saJbe based on egg white and
Glycerin. Earnsto ± fsalbe is used for wound healing and. used as a deodorant in case of carcinoma decay.
However, these publications gave no indication that pastes containing aliphatic compounds with one or more primary amino groups should be used as protective ointments for working with aldehydes and aldehyde-containing products.
Protective ointments for working with aldehydes, in particular formaldehyde, and aldehyde-containing products according to the invention are for example the following: 1. Distilled water 10 percent by weight
Wall fat 50
Pa.raffitiliquid10
Vaseline flav. 20 ,,
Urea 10 "2. 85% Vaseline
5% boric acid
10% acetamide.
3. 70% lanolin
20% glycerine
10% stearylamine.
