Schraubenschlüssel. Den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet ein Schraubenschlüssel, welcher in einem als Randgriff dienenden Hebel eine quer durch diesen hindurchgehende, drehbare Steckhülse trägt, die beim Hin- und Herdrehen des He bels von diesem durch ein Gesperre nur in einem Drehsinne mitgenommen wird.
In den Fig. 1 und 2 der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungs gegenstandes in Ansicht und im Schnitt dar gestellt.
Der als Handgriff dienende Hebel 1 weist an dem scheibenförmigen, verdickten Ende (Kopf) 2 eine quer durchgehende Boh rung 3 auf, in welcher eine im dargestell- len Beispiel sechskantig ausgebohrte Steck hülse 4 drehbar gelagert ist. Diese Steck hülse ist gegen Längsverschiebung mit Hilfe einer mittelst Schraube 5 abnehmbar am Kopf 2 befestigten Platte 6 .gesichert, die in eine Umfangsnut 7 der Steckhülse ein greift. Der Kopf 2fweist ausserhalb der Steck hülse eine Ausweitung (Tasche) 8 auf, deren gebogene Begrenzungswand 9 exzentrisch zur Axe der Steckhülse verläuft.
In die 'Pasche 8 ist ein aussen der Wölbung der Begrenzungswand 9 angepasstes und innen konzentrisch zur Steckhülsenaxe gebogenes Klemmstück 10 eingesetzt. Auf dem Um fang_ ist die Steckhülse 4 mit einer Ver zahnung 12 mit schrägen und radialen Zahn flanken versehen. In gleicher Weise ist das Klemmstück 10 auf der Innenseite gezahnt. Mittelst einer Schraube 11 und einer Feder 1 3 wird das Klemmstück 10 in Fig. 1 nach oben, das heisst nach der weniger tiefen Seite der Ausweitung 8 hingeschoben und dadurch dauernd mit der Steckhülse und mit der Wand 9 in Berührung gehalten.
Die Tasche 8 ist oben durch die Platte 6 und unten durch eine abnehmbare Platte 14 ge schlossen. Beim Gebrauch des beschriebenen Schlüssels wird dieser mit der Steckhülse auf den zu drehenden Schraubenkopf oder die Schraubenmutter gestülpt. Durch Hin- und Herdrehen des Hebels 1 wird die Steck hülse durch das Klemmstück 10 infolge sei ner Sperrwirkung im einen Drehsinne in Fig. 1 nur rechts herum mitgenommen bezw. gedreht.
Um mit dem beschriebenen Schrau benschlüssel ohne Auswechseln der Steck hülse Schrauben mit grösserem oder kleine rem Kopf bezw. Mutter zu drehen, ist ein Satz verschieden weiter Aufsatzhüllen 15 vorgesehen, die je einen in die Stückhülse 4 passenden Kopf (Fig. 2) besitzen.
Mit dem beschriebenen ,Schrauben schlüssel ist es möglich, selbst sehr schwer zugängliche Schrauben bezw. Schrauben muttern zu betätigen, da der Drehungs winkel nicht an die Form des Schrauben kopfes bezw. der Schraubenmutter gebunden ist, wie dies bei bisher iiblichen Schrauben schlüsseln der Fall ist.

The lever 1 serving as a handle has at the disc-shaped, thickened end (head) 2 a transversely continuous bore 3, in which a socket 4, drilled in hexagonal in the example shown, is rotatably mounted. This socket is secured against longitudinal displacement by means of a screw 5 removably attached to the head 2 plate 6, which engages in a circumferential groove 7 of the socket. The head 2f has a widening (pocket) 8 outside the socket, the curved boundary wall 9 of which extends eccentrically to the axis of the socket.
In the pocket 8, a clamping piece 10 adapted on the outside to the curvature of the boundary wall 9 and bent on the inside concentrically to the socket axis is inserted. On the order fang_ the receptacle 4 is provided with a toothing 12 with oblique and radial tooth flanks. In the same way, the clamping piece 10 is toothed on the inside. By means of a screw 11 and a spring 13, the clamping piece 10 in FIG. 1 is pushed upwards, that is to say towards the less deep side of the widening 8, and is thereby kept permanently in contact with the socket and with the wall 9.
The bag 8 is closed above by the plate 6 and below by a removable plate 14 ge. When using the wrench described, it is placed with the socket on the screw head or screw nut to be turned. By turning the lever 1 back and forth, the plug-in sleeve is entrained by the clamping piece 10 as a result of its locking effect in a sense of rotation in FIG. turned.
To bezw with the described screw wrench without replacing the plug-in sleeve screws with larger or smaller rem head. To turn the nut, a set of different additional cover sleeves 15 is provided, each of which has a head that fits into the piece sleeve 4 (FIG. 2).
With the described, screw key it is possible to bezw even very difficult to access screws. Actuate screw nuts because the angle of rotation does not match the shape of the screw head or. the screw nut, as is the case with conventional wrenches.
