Description

Group of choke coils without iron core with parallel axes for single and multi-directional systems. The invention relates to choke coils without an iron core. parallel axes for single and multi-phase systems that are arranged in metal containers with insulating liquid. To reduce the We belstrombildung and the heating of the container walls by the scatter lines generated by the coils that close through the Be container walls, various means have already been proposed.

According to the invention, for this purpose at least two coils are arranged in an oil container in such a way that initially lying coils have a magnetizing effect in opposite directions in the direction of their axes.

In the drawing, an embodiment example of the invention in Fig. 1 is shown schematically in section; Fig. 2, ss and 4 show further embodiments in a longitudinal section and plan. In the container a, the coils b and c are installed axially parallel in such a way that their magnetization lines run opposite one another in the direction of their axes.

The scatter lines of the two coils entering the container walls run in opposite directions; their effects thus cancel each other out. the effect of the difference is so small that the walls are only heated insignificantly. The oppositely wound coils lying next to one another are arranged at such a distance from one another as the voltage difference between the coils allows.

The mutual distance between the coils is expediently secured by a spacer d (Fig. 2), which either extends over the entire length of the coil or is distributed over the length of the coil, divided into spacers.

To shield the container walls against the scatter lines generated by the coils, it is advantageous to arrange insulated iron sheets inside the container, which extend at least partially over the surface of the container walls, as well as the lid and the bottom. If the container consists of mag: netizable material, a highly conductive material is used to shield the scatter lines.
