Description

  

  Vorrichtung zur Massage des     Zahnfleisches.       Den Gegenstand der     Erfindung    bildet eine  Vorrichtung zur Massage des Zahnfleisches,  bei welcher ein als     Handgriff    dienender Stab  mit einem aus elastischem, waschbarem     Ma-          teriar1    gebildeten,     zur    Behandlung des     Zahn-          fleisches.dienenden    Überzug versehen ist.  



  Auf der Zeichnung     sind    zwei Aus  führungsbeispiele     -des        Erfindungsgegenstau-          des    dargestellt.  



       Fig.    1 ist eine Seitenansicht der einen       _Ausführungsform;          Fig.    2 und 3 zeigen die andere     Aus-          führungsform    in Seitenansicht und in Drauf  sicht.  



       N?ach        Fig.    1 ist auf das obere Ende des       als        Handgriff    dienenden (Stabes 1 ein Lappen  artiger Überzug 2 gestülpt. Der letztere ist  aus elastischem, waschbarem Material, bei  spielsweise aus weichem Gummi gebildet; er  kann auf dem Stab 1 festgeklebt oder nur  lose auf denselben geschoben sein. Die       Aussenfläche    des Überzuges 2 ist zur Be  handlung von empfindlichem Zahnfleisch    glatt,     ,sie    kann aber für die Behandlung von  weniger empfindlichem Zahnfleisch rauh  oder mit kleinen Zäpfchen 3 versehen sein,  wie dies bei der in     Fig.    2 und 3 dargestellten       Ausführungsform    veranschaulicht ist.

   Die  Zäpfchen 3 haben eine grössere     Tiefenwirkung     auf das Zahnfleisch als die glatte Oberfläche       -der    in     Fig.l    gezeigten     Ausführungsform.     An Stehle der Zäpfchen können auch anders  geartete Erhöhungen gewählt, oder können  Vertiefungen vorhanden sein, die zur Auf  nahme von Paste benützt     werden        könnten.     Der Überzug 2 kann leicht in antiseptischer  Flüssigkeit, im     heissen    Wasser oder im  Dampf gereinigt und desinfiziert werden.

         Bekannten        Massage-Vorrichtungen    gegen  über ist die beschriebene ausserordentlich ein  fach und der Überzug kann bei Bedarf leicht  ausgewechselt und gegen einen andern ver  tauscht werden.

  In the drawing, two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown.



       Fig. 1 is a side view of the one embodiment; 2 and 3 show the other embodiment in side view and in plan view.



       According to Fig. 1, a cloth-like cover 2 is placed on the upper end of the rod 1 serving as a handle. The latter is made of elastic, washable material, for example soft rubber; it can be glued to the rod 1 or just The outer surface of the coating 2 is smooth for the treatment of sensitive gums, but it can be rough or provided with small suppositories 3 for the treatment of less sensitive gums, as is the case with the one in FIGS. 2 and 3 illustrated embodiment is illustrated.

   The suppositories 3 have a greater depth effect on the gums than the smooth surface - the embodiment shown in Fig.l. Other types of elevations can also be selected on the stalks of the suppositories, or depressions can be present that could be used to take on paste. The cover 2 can be easily cleaned and disinfected in antiseptic liquid, in hot water or in steam.

         Known massage devices compared to the one described is extraordinarily simple and the cover can easily be replaced if necessary and swapped for another ver.

Claims

Claim: device for massaging the gums, characterized in that a stick serving as a handle is provided with a coating made of elastic, washable material and used for treating the gums. SUB-CLAIM 1. Device according to patent claim, characterized in that the cover is pushed onto the rod, removable bar. 2.

Device according to claim and dependent claim 1, characterized in that the coating is designed in the manner of a cap. 3. Device according to claim and the dependent claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the coating has outer cones. 4. Device according to patent claim and the dependent claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the coating is provided on the outside with depressions which can serve to receive paste.
