La présente invention a pour objet un     us-          ien,,ile    pour la     cuisson,    tel qu'une     casserole,     par exemple, .qui même en cas de     déborde-          :nent    lors de la, cuisson (ébullition tumul  tueuse par exemple) empêche le liquide dé  bordé de se     répandre    sur le fourneau, que       celui-ci    soit     électrique,        @à    gaz ou autre.  



  Le dessin annexé donne, à titre d'exemple  non limitatif, une forme d'exécution de     l'in.-          vention    en coupe verticale axiale.  



  L'ustensile représenté est une casserole       comportant    un     corps    de casserole proprement  dite 1, par exemple cylindrique, dont les       parois    latérales sont entourées     .d'une    enve  loppe 3 à, bord     inférieur    recourbé en forme  de     rigole    2     concentriquement    à et au même  niveau que le fond de la casserole 1, et un  couvercle 8 !à     double    paroi dans laquelle se  trouve de la poudre d'amiante 4 .ou une autre       substance        mauvaise    conductrice appropriée.  



  L'enveloppe 3 peut être également à.  double     parai    a et b avec fourreau     d'amiante     4 ou     autre    substance mauvaise     conductrice. Dans le cas  d'un .appareil de     chiauffage        électrique,    les       court-circuits    ne sont pas à. craindre.  



  La casserole étant de plus calorifugée, on  peut     utiliser    un appareil de chauffage rela  tivement très réduit et économique. Le     corps     de casserole 1 et     l'enveloppe    3 forment par      eux-mêmes calorifuge par l'espace intermé  diaire 9, de sorte qu'il n'est pas absolument  nécessaire que l'enveloppe 3 soit elle-même à  double paroi et renferme de l'amiante; mais  le couvercle 8 sera en tout cas calorifuge.       L'espace    9 entourant la casserole assure un  chauffage de celle-ci sur toute sa hauteur et  empêche toute déperdition de chaleur.
