Description
Selialldämpfer an Kolbenmaschinen. Es ist bekannt, auf der Druckseite von Kompressoren und Pumpen sogenannte Schall dämpfer einzubauen, um das Geräusch aus dem Maschineninnern nach aussen zu dämpfen.
Gemäss vorliegender Erfindung wird der Schalldämpfer auf der Saugseite eingebaut, weil es sich gezeigt hat, dass auch auf der Saugseite bei Kolbenmaschinen das Geräusch vom Maschineninnern nach aussen gelangen kann. Im Gegensatz zu den bekannten Aus führungen können die Schalldämpfer auch unmittelbar in das Maschinengehäuse oder in den LagQrschild eingebaut sein.
Die beiliegende Zeichnung zeigt Aus führungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes. Fig. 1 zeigt im Schnitt einen Teil eines Kolbenkompressors, bei welchem die Luft durch eine ringsegmentförcnige Öffnung b (Fig. 2) des Lagerschildes ca in den Saug raum c gelangt. In der Öffnung b sitzt ein Schalldämpfer d. Das angesaugte Medium tritt bei g (Fig. 3) in den Schalldämpfer und umströmt mit mehreren Richtungswechseln Leitbleche f, um bei e in den Saugraum c der Maschine zu gelangen.
Die Fig. 4 und 5 zeigen je in Stirnan sicht und in einem Horizontalschnitt weitere Ausführungsformen des Schalldämpfers. In Fig. 4 sind zylindrische Bleche f einseitig abgeschnitten, um freien Durchgang zu schaffen. In Fig. 5 besitzen die Leitbleche f' abwechselnd kleineren und grösseren Durch messer; die Bleche von grösserem Durch messer sind in der Mitte ausgeschnitten.
Der Schalldämpfer kann gleichzeitig als Filter ausgebildet werden, indem derselbe mit Filtermasse, wie Rosshaar usw. ausge füllt wird.

According to the present invention, the silencer is installed on the suction side because it has been shown that the noise from the inside of the machine can also reach the outside on the suction side in piston engines. In contrast to the known designs, the silencers can also be installed directly in the machine housing or in the bearing plate.
The accompanying drawing shows exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention. Fig. 1 shows in section a part of a reciprocating compressor in which the air passes through a ring segmentförcnige opening b (Fig. 2) of the end shield approx into the suction space c. A silencer d is located in the opening b. The sucked in medium enters the silencer at g (Fig. 3) and flows around guide plates f with several changes of direction in order to get into the suction chamber c of the machine at e.
4 and 5 each show in front view and in a horizontal section further embodiments of the muffler. In Fig. 4 cylindrical sheets f are cut off on one side in order to create free passage. In Fig. 5 have the baffles f 'alternately smaller and larger diameter; the larger-diameter sheets are cut out in the middle.
The muffler can also be designed as a filter by the same with filter material, such as horsehair, etc. is filled out.
