Abstract
Un système comprend un appareil de support de patient et au moins un dispositif de détection sans contact à proximité. L'appareil de support de patient comprend une plateforme de patient ayant : une pluralité de panneaux de corps comprenant un dossier, un cadre, la plateforme de patient étant montée sur le cadre, et le ou les dispositifs de détection sans contact étant configurés pour surveiller au moins un signe vital du patient. Le ou les signes vitaux comprennent par exemple une fréquence cardiaque et une fréquence respiratoire. Dans certains modes de réalisation, le ou les dispositifs de détection sont configurés pour déterminer un indice de mouvement du patient. L'indice de mouvement est utilisé pour détecter des mouvements effectués par le patient à l'aide d'un modèle d'apprentissage automatique entraîné. L'indice de mouvement est utilisé pour déterminer un niveau de mobilité du patient. L'invention concerne également une méthode de détermination du niveau de mobilité.
