"Il est décrit une prothèse de cheville améliorée (100), comprenant un composant astragalien (200) qui comprend une face supérieure astragalienne (201) délimitant une première surface articulaire (202) et qui s’étend entre un bord antérieur astragalien (203) et un bord postérieur astragalien (204) opposé selon une première direction moyenne (A-A'), ladite première surface articulaire étant incurvée selon ladite première direction moyenne, ladite première surface articulaire comprenant une première partie incurvée (202A) et une seconde partie incurvée (202B), chacune s’étendant selon ladite première direction moyenne, ladite première partie incurvée ayant une première courbure et ladite seconde partie incurvée ayant une seconde courbure, ladite prothèse étant caractérisée en ce que ladite première partie incurvée et ladite seconde partie incurvée délimitent respectivement une partie antérieure et une partie postérieure de ladite surface articulaire, ladite première courbure étant supérieure à ladite seconde courbure."
