Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de structures polymères tridimensionnelles sur cuves à circulation qui consiste à charger une solution de précurseur de polymère sur une cuve à circulation. La solution de précurseur de polymère comprend un monomère, un agent de réticulation et un photo-initiateur. La cuve à circulation comprend au moins un canal destiné à recevoir la solution de précurseur de polymère. Ledit canal présente une surface intérieure supérieure et une surface intérieure inférieure. Le procédé consiste en outre à éclairer la solution de précurseur de polymère à travers un photomasque à motifs à l'aide d'une lumière à une longueur d'onde suffisante pour activer le photo-initiateur. L'activation du photo-initiateur polymérise au moins une partie de la solution de précurseur de polymère au-dessous des ouvertures dans le photomasque à motifs et forme des structures polymères tridimensionnelles qui s'étendent de la surface intérieure supérieure à la surface intérieure inférieure dudit canal.
