Abstract
L'invention concerne un ensemble médical servant à implanter une valvule cardiaque transcathéter dans le cur sur un site de déploiement de la valvule et des procédés associés d'implantation et de mise en place. Un ancrage est introduit de manière endovasculaire dans le cur et implanté dans une paroi cardiaque avec un système et un câble de mise en place d'ancrage. Un second système de mise en place introduit un câble d'attache couplé à l'ancrage implanté et à une valvule cardiaque transcathéter. La valvule cardiaque transcathéter comprend un bord supérieur positionné pour se conformer au plancher auriculaire sur le site de déploiement.
