Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'analyse médicale (1) pour évaluer l'aptitude à l'anesthésie d'un patient en analysant au moins un signal biologique physiologique (S) détecté pendant la période d'apnée, le dispositif d'analyse médicale (1) comprenant les éléments suivants : - une interface d'entrée (2) pour détecter un déroulement temporel d'au moins un signal biologique physiologique (S) d'un patient, - une unité de calcul (3) qui est configurée pour comparer, conformément à un algorithme (4), un déroulement temporel d'au moins un signal biologique physiologique (S) avec au moins un déroulement prédéterminé ou une valeur limite pour déterminer la pertinence d'une anesthésie chez un patient et pour calculer un résultat de mesure (E) en fonction de celui-ci, l'évolution temporelle de l'au moins un signal biologique physiologique (S) comprenant au moins la durée d'une apnée d'un patient, et - une interface de sortie (5) reliée à l'unité de calcul (3) pour délivrer le résultat de l'évaluation.
