Abstract

L'invention concerne des compositions pour le traitement de certaines maladies orphelines et d'ulcères de la muqueuse buccale, dont beaucoup présentent des similitudes en ce qui concerne leurs activités anti-inflammatoire et anti-oxydante, mais également de multiples différences pour ce qui est de leurs capacités observées qui peuvent être combinées pour enrayer la pathophysiologie en cours sous-jacente. Les maladies orphelines d'intérêt sont la maladie de Dupuytren, la maladie de La Peyronie, la sclérodermie, le phénomène de Raynaud (ou de Renaud), l'ulcération de la muqueuse buccale induite par la chimiothérapie/les rayons, et les ulcères aphteux; ainsi que des problèmes de peau plus fréquents de lésions cutanées dues à des coupures, des abrasions et des brûlures; les modifications de la peau liées au vieillissement et les mycoses d'ongles des orteils. Ceux-ci peuvent être traités avec les compositions décrites avec la combinaison et la modification appropriées des ingrédients y compris l'alpha-pinène, une préparation d'aloe vera, et une préparation de beurre de karité. L'invention concerne également un procédé de préparation de tels ingrédients dans une émulsion eau-dans-huile.
