Abstract

The invention relates to an line system (zip line) (3) integrated water slides (2) for amusement purposes. One of the preferred embodiment of the invention is comprising at least one slide (2), at least one line system (zip line) (3) connected to the slide (2) at least one transition mechanism which transfers the riders from slide (2) to the line system (3) or vice versa.

Description

A WATERSLIDE WITH A ZIP LINE
Field of the Invention Invention relates to a water slide, specifically which is used for extra fun in places such as tourist facilities, aqua parks, entertainment centers, etc.
State of the Art In prior art water slides, riders enter the ride at a high elevation and slides to a destination at a lower elevation via chutes/tunnels. Some of the rides are more suitable to slide with a vehicle such as boats. To provide a better sliding experience, portions of a water slide may be provided with a volume of water. So that, people who use conventional waterslides want to live different experience with over time and wants different type of fun with water slides. Due to high expectations, improvements of the waterslides are made to satisfy rider experiences.
US2020001191A1 discloses slide feature for an amusement ride adapted to carry a rider or ride vehicle sliding thereon, and a water slide comprising said slide feature are provided. The slide feature has an inrun permitting ingress of the rider or ride vehicle, an outrun permitting egress, and a sliding surface in communication with the inrun and the outrun.
CA3024044A1 discloses a waterslide ride that provides multiple directly connected sub-elements. The sub-elements may be ramps that provide a pendulum action ride, arcing, banked turns that alternate in direction as the elevation of the waterslide attraction decreases or speed-altering components for changing a speed and/or direction of a rider as the rider travels along the waterslide.

In conventional water slides and patents mentioned above, users or vehicle of the users are in contact with the sliding surface during the sliding and they don't have any extra line systems for riders to experience while sliding.
Summary of the Invention Main object of the invention is providing a water slide integrated with an additional structure, hence giving the riders differentiated and exciting sliding experience comparing to known water slides.
Another object of the invention is increasing fun thanks to a selectively working sensor which allows riders to slide only track or slide additional line track.
The selectively working sensor allows riders to attract to the water slide to improve their chances to use the track with an additional line system.
Detailed Description of the Invention Drawings of a water slide embodied to achieve objective of the invention are shown.

- at least one slide (2) in which the rider or ride vehicle slides, - at least one line system (3) which is at least partly connected to slide way of the slide (2) and configured to transport a rider or ride vehicle without contact the slide (2).
A water slide structure (1) comprises;
- at least one line system (3) configured to transport a rider or ride vehicle, - at least one slide (2) in which the rider or ride vehicle slides and which is at least partly connected to line way of to an line system (3).
The subject matter of the invention is a waterslide structure (1) which has a slide (2) integrated with an line system (3). The slide (2) may have different shapes such as a chute or a closed tube. Said line system (3) is integrated to the slide (2) and configured to transport the rider or ride vehicle from the top to the bottom of the inclined line system (3) by its line way. Bottom of the line system (3) can integrated to the same slide, another slide (second slide) or another platform like a pool, a bowl etc. Rider or ride vehicle is linked to the line system (3) with a kind of adaptor. Said adaptor is configured to allows rider or ride vehicle to be carried and slipped on the line system (3). The rider or ride vehicle slides from slide (2) first and then the rider or ride vehicle transferred to the line system (3) and move on the line system (3) without sliding from slide (2). In another embodiment rider or ride vehicle is transported by an line system (3) first and then said rider or ride vehicle is transferred to the slide (2). The distance between the sliding surface which riders contact during sliding and line system (3) is increased along the line system (3) so that user gets extra fun.

In a preferred embodiment line system (3) is positioned parallel to the slide (2) through the inlet to the outlet thereof. Some of the pre-determined portions (at least one) of the slide (2), the distance between the sliding surface which riders contact during sliding and line system (3) is increased. Thus, the rider sliding through the slide (2) is elevated from the sliding surface and is started using the line system (3) only in said pre-detet ___________________________________________________________ mined areas of the slide (2). Rider may use a vehicle (4) such as a boat which is suitable to use with the line system (3).
Tn a preferred embodiment line system (3) is a kind of rail which extends from slide (2) to lower part of slide (2) or a kind of pool. Said rail is integrated to the slide (2) to enable rider or a ride vehicle propelled by gravity to travel from the top to the bottom of the inclined rail.
In a preferred embodiment line system (3) is a kind of cable (metal cable) which extends from slide (2) to lower part of slide (2). Said cable is integrated to the slide (2) to enable rider or a ride vehicle propelled by gravity to travel from the top to the bottom of the inclined cable.
Another embodiment of the water slide structure (1) comprising - A zip line (3) integrated water slide (2) for amusement purposes.
In a preferred embodiment line system (3) is a zipline. Said zipline comprising a cable or a rail. Zipline is integrated to the slide (2) to enable rider or a ride vehicle propelled by gravity to travel from the top to the bottom of the inclined cable or inclined rail by holding on to or being attached to the freely moving an adaptor (pulley etc.).
Another embodiment A water slide structure (1) comprises;
- At least one slide (2) in which the rider or ride vehicle slides, - At least one line system (3) which is at least partly connected to slide way of the to a slide (2) and configured to transport a rider or ride vehicle without contact the slide (2) and - at least one transition mechanism (not shown in the figures) which transfers the rider or ride vehicle from slide (2) to the line system (3) or vice versa.
All of the water slide structure (1) parts mentioned above such as slides (2) and line system (3) may be used in any order and number i.e. slide (2)- line system (3) (Figure 1), slide (2)- line system (3) - slide (2) (Figure 2), line system (3) -slide (2)-line system (3). Rider may use a vehicle (4) such as a boat which is suitable to use with a line system (3).
In a preferred embodiment both slide (2) and line system (3) may in any shape.
In a preferred embodiment line system (3) has spiral shape. In a preferred embodiment slide (2) has spiral shape.
Figure 1 shows perspective view of a preferred embodiment of the waterslide structure (1). The waterslide (1) in Figure 1 comprising a slide (2) as an inlet, a line system (3) connected to the end of the slide (2) as an outlet and a transition mechanism which transfers the riders from slide (2) to the line system (3) without a pause. The order of the parts (2, 3) may be different i.e. the line system (3) is inlet and slide (2) is outlet.
Figure 2 shows perspective view of another embodiment of the water slide structure (1). In this embodiment, another (a second) slide (2) is positioned to the end of the line system (3) mentioned in Figure 1. So, the order of the parts of the water slide structure (1) is slide (2), line system (3), slide (2) in the second embodiment through inlet to the outlet.
An alternative embodiment of the invention is showed in Figure 3. The waterslide structure (1) in Figure 3 comprising a slide (2) as an inlet, an line system (3)
5 connected and positioned parallel to the slide (2) and a transition mechanism which transfers the riders from slide (2) to the line system (3) or vice versa without a pause. The line system (3) can be an outlet for the waterslide (1) and can be positioned along the slide (2) collaterally. The distance between the sliding surface which riders contact during sliding and line system (3) is increased along the line system (3). Thus, the rider sliding through the water slide (2) is elevated from the sliding surface which allows the rider to use the line system (3).
In an another embodiment of the invention, water slide structure (1) has a guide system configured to determining whether the rider or ride vehicle use the line system (3) or not. The guide system (sensor system) allows some riders to use only slide (2) track from inlet to outlet and some riders to use slide (2) - line system (3) or slide (2) - line system (3) -slide (2) track.
An alternative embodiment of the invention said guide system has an activator located on the end of the slide (2) and which is guide the rider or ride vehicle. Said activator guides the rider or ride vehicle with a chosen direction (line system (3) or not).
In an embodiment of the invention water slide structure (1) comprising an interface for to enter the option preference by user. In an embodiment of the invention the interface is a keypad or a button.
In another preferred embodiment of the invention, the end of the line system (3) can be connected to a different water slide structure (1) which is in a lower elevation.
In another preferred embodiment of the invention, water slide structure (1) comprising a ride vehicle (4) configured to can move on in the slide (2) and line system (3).
Said ride vehicle (4) comprises;
6 - at least one boat section (41) in which is configured to slides in the slide (2), - at least one arm (42) which is extended from the boat section (2), - at least one adaptor (43) which is located on the arm (42) and configured to link to the line system (3).
In another preferred embodiment of the invention, said adaptor (43) is a pulley.
Said pulley can be linked to the line system (3) (zipline, rai line or a steel cable line).
In another preferred embodiment of the invention, ride vehicle (4) comprising at least two arm (41) which extend over the boat section (42) and join at the top of the boat section (41).

Claims (21)

1. A water slide structure (1) comprises;
- at least one slide (2) in which the rider or ride vehicle slides, - at least one line system (3) which is at least partly connected to slide way of the slide (2) and configured to transport a rider or ride vehicle without contact the slide (2).
2. A water slide structure (1 ) comprises;
- at least one line system (3) configured to transport a rider or ride vehicle, - at least one slide (2) in which the rider or ride vehicle slides and which is at least partly connected to line way of to a line system (3).
3. A water slide structure (1) comprises;
- At least one slide (2) in which the rider or ride vehicle slides, - At least one line system (3) which is at least partly connected to slide way of the to a slide (2) and configured to transport a rider or ride vehicle without contact the slide (2) and - at least one transition mechanism which transfers the rider or ride vehicle from slide (2) to the line system (3) or vice versa.
4. A water slide structure (1) according to claim 1, 2 or 3 wherein the line system (3) is configured to transport the rider or ride vehicle from the top to the bottom of the inclined its line way.
5. A water slide (1) according to claim 1, 2 or 3 wherein line system (3) is positioned parallel to the slide (2) through the inlet to the outlet of the slide (2).
6. A water slide (1) according to claim 1, 2 or 3 wherein line system (3) is a zipline.
7. A water slide (1) according to claim 1, 2 or 3 wherein line system (3) is a rail.
8. A water slide (1) according to claim 1, 2 or 3 wherein line system (3) is a cable.
9. A water slide (1) according to claim 1, 2 or 3 wherein the line system (3) has spiral shape.
10. A water slide (1) according to claim 1, 2 or 3 comprising at least one pre-determined portions wherein the distance between the sliding surface which riders contact during sliding and line system (3) is increased in said pre-determined portions of the water slide (2).
11. A water slide (1) according to claim 1, 2, 3 or 10 wherein said slide (2) is an inlet and said line system (3) connected to the end of the slide (2) is an outlet for the rider or vice versa.
12. A water slide (1) according to claim 1, 2, 3 or 10 wherein a second slide (2) is positioned to the end of the line system (3).
13. A water slide (1) according to claim 1, 2, 3 or 10 wherein the slide (2) is an inlet and wherein the distance between the sliding surface which riders contact during sliding and line system (3) is increased along the line system (3).
14. A water slide (1) according to claim 1, 2 or 3 comprising a guide system configured to determining whether the rider or ride vehicle use the line system (3) or not.
15. A water slide (1) according to claim 14 wherein the guide system has an activator located on the end of the slide (2) and which is guide the rider or ride vehicle to the line system (3).
16. A water slide (1) according to claim 1, 2, 3 or 14 comprising an interface for to enter the option preference by user.
17. A water slide (1) according to claim 1, 2 or 3 comprising a ride vehicle (4) configured to can move on in the slide (2) and line system (3).
18. A water slide (1) according to claim 17 wherein the ride vehicle (4) comprises;
- at least one boat section (41) in which is configured to slides in the slide (2), - at least one arm (42) which is extended from the boat section (2), - at least one adaptor (43) which is located on the arm (42) and configured to link to the line system (3).
19. A water slide (1) according to claim 17 wherein the adaptor (43) is a pulley.
20. A water slide (1) according to claim 17 wherein the ride vehicle (4) comprising at least two arm (41) which extend over the boat section (42) and join at the top of the boat section (41).
21. A zip line (3) integrated water slide (1) for amusement purposes.
