Abstract
Un ensemble pompe submersible (10) pour le transfert d'un milieu fluide à faible viscosité est divulgué. Dans un mode de réalisation, l'ensemble pompe submersible (10) comporte de multiples unités de pompe (58, 60, 62) alignées coaxialement avec un arbre d'entraînement commun (90), une chambre d'aspiration commune (92) et une chambre de pression commune (94). Chacune des unités de pompe (58, 60, 62) comporte un mode opérationnel actif dans lequel le milieu fluide est transféré de la chambre d'aspiration commune (92) à la chambre de pression commune (94) ainsi qu'un mode opérationnel inactif dans lequel le milieu fluide est mis en circulation à travers la chambre d'aspiration commune (92). Chacune des unités de pompe (58, 60, 62) peut être actionnée individuellement.
