Abstract
L'invention concerne un système de guide de fondation osseuse ayant un guide de fondation osseuse avec un corps de guide de fondation formant un espace chirurgical ouvert reliant une partie supérieure du corps de guide de fondation osseuse à une partie inférieure du corps de guide de fondation osseuse, la partie inférieure étant profilée pour fixer de manière amovible le corps de guide de fondation osseuse à l'os d'un site chirurgical d'implant dentaire, le corps étant en outre profilé pour guider la coupe d'os à partir d'un site chirurgical d'implant dentaire et supporter un guide chirurgical d'implant dentaire; le guide chirurgical d'implant dentaire étant profilé pour s'accoupler de manière amovible au corps de guide de fondation osseuse; une combinaison du guide de fondation osseuse et du guide chirurgical d'implant dentaire formant un canal de placement à double extrémité ouverte qui passe à travers une pluralité de cylindres de guidage maintenus en alignement tandem pour aider à la mise en place d'un implant dentaire qui est ancré dans un site distant de la bouche.
