Abstract
L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés de stimulation nerveuse pour fournir une modulation de cibles nerveuses dans les membres inférieurs, généralement au niveau ou au-dessous du genou. Par exemple, une stimulation nerveuse électrique transcutanée (TENS), une stimulation nerveuse percutanée et des systèmes et des procédés de stimulation implantables sont divulgués pour fournir une stimulation au nerf saphène (SAFN). De plus, l'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés pour costimuler le nerf tibial postérieur (NTP) et le SAFN en combinaison avec une stimulation unique et présentant une commande et un affichage de protocoles de thérapie d'hyperactivité vésicale pour de multiples sites. Des systèmes et des procédés de traitement permettent d'assurer une gestion de surveillance de l'utilisation et de la conformité, d'obtenir des réponses d'entrée de patient à des interrogations et de fonctionner en fonction de celles-ci et d'assurer la gestion de paiements et de permissions associés à la fourniture de thérapies pour divers troubles. La surveillance de l'utilisation et de la conformité peut être gérée à la fois localement et à distance d'un utilisateur. L'invention concerne également une stimulation fournie en combinaison avec un composant implantable passif.
