Abstract

La présente invention concerne une gomme à mâcher pour l'administration par voie muqueuse de cannabinoïdes, la gomme à mâcher étant formulée sous la forme d'une gomme à mâcher extrudée comprenant des ingrédients de gomme à mâcher hydrosoluble mélangés dans une gomme de base non hydrosoluble, la gomme de base comprenant une ou plusieurs résines naturelles en une quantité de 10 à 40 % en poids de la gomme de base, un ou plusieurs élastomères en une quantité de 3 à 30 % en poids de la gomme de base, et un ou plusieurs plastifiants élastomères en une quantité de 8 à 50 % en poids de la gomme de base, et la gomme à mâcher comprenant un ou plusieurs cannabinoïdes, et le taux de libération du ou des cannabinoïdes étant d'au moins 10 % en poids du ou des cannabinoïdes dans les cinq premières minutes lors de l'administration orale.
