Abstract

L'invention concerne un nouveau polymère synthétique à squelette fonctionnalisé qui est un polymère à squelette fonctionnalisé par une chaîne latérale polyanionique, comprenant un polymère à squelette hydrophile fonctionnalisé avec un groupe alcène ou époxy activé. Le polymère à squelette fonctionnalisé peut être combiné avec un composé contenant un thiol libre ou protégé pour former un hydrogel réticulé présentant une application biomédicale et peut en outre être combiné avec une matrice d'hydrogel pour produire un système d'hydrogel utile pour l'administration in vivo de cellules et d'autres agents thérapeutiques.
