Abstract

L'invention porte sur une bande de sac (1), sur un équipement (7) et sur un procédé pour emballer des articles, des produits liquides ou en vrac dans des sacs de film, qui sont transportés dans une bande de sac continue (1) d'articles de type sac (2) par l'intermédiaire d'une station de remplissage (9). Les embouchures des sacs sont maintenues ouvertes pour recevoir des articles, après quoi les sacs sont fermés et sont séparés de la bande. La bande de sac (1) comprend une fermeture à glissière (4) qui est appliquée parallèlement au bord supérieur de la bande de sac (1) et qui est continue sur toute la longueur de la bande de sac. La fermeture à glissière (4) est couplée aux premiers moyens de guidage (8), qui sont agencés pour retenir et guider la bande de sac (1) dans la fermeture à glissière (4) le long d'une première section d'une bande de transport à travers l'équipement (7). La station de remplissage comprend un moyen d'ouverture de sac (15), qui force les bords de l'embouchure de sac à s'écarter pour une ouverture successive des sacs dans la station de remplissage (9). Les embouchures des sacs sont ramenées ensemble après la station de remplissage (9) du fait que la bande de sac (1) est couplée à des seconds moyens de guidage (11) pour retenir et guider la bande de sac (1) dans la fermeture à glissière (4) le long d'une autre section de la bande de transport à travers l'équipement. Ensuite, la fermeture et le scellage des embouchures des sacs sont également effectués le long de la partie supérieure non scellée des bords latéraux des articles de type sac. L'invention permet un gaspillage réduit de matériau, avec un remplissage rapide et facile d'articles de type sac (2).
