Abstract
La présente invention concerne un instrument de réflectométrie comprenant une source de lumière pour émettre un faisceau d'éclairage qui éclaire la macula. Une partie du faisceau d'éclairage est reflétée depuis la macula et forme un faisceau de détection. Le faisceau de détection est indicateur d'un pigment maculaire dans la macula. L'instrument comprend également un premier miroir de réflexion du faisceau d'éclairage vers la macula et de réflexion du faisceau de détection de la macula. L'instrument est configuré de sorte que le faisceau d'éclairage et le faisceau de détection demeurent séparés entre la macula et le premier miroir.
