Abstract
La présente invention concerne un appareil amélioré permettant l'extraction économique de métal à partir d'un matériau métallifère. En particulier, la présente invention concerne un appareil amélioré pour l'extraction de métal, comprenant entre autres du métal de base (c'est-à-dire du cuivre) et de l'or, à partir d'un minerai métallifère, d'un concentré métallifère ou d'un autre matériau métallifère. La présente invention porte en outre sur un procédé pour l'extraction d'un tel métal qui est mis en uvre à l'aide de l'appareil susmentionné. Selon un premier aspect, la présente invention se rapporte à un appareil pour l'extraction de métal à partir d'un matériau métallifère, ledit appareil comprenant un réceptacle d'alimentation destiné à recevoir un flux d'alimentation métallifère ; une cuve de réaction ; au moins un moyen de pompage destiné à amener le flux d'alimentation métallifère à la cuve de réaction ; un moyen pour l'introduction d'agents de lixiviation, sous la forme d'une solution d'agents de lixiviation, à la cuve de réaction ; un moyen d'agitation par circulation du flux d'alimentation métallifère et de la solution d'agents de lixiviation dans la cuve de réaction afin de permettre à une combinaison d'une lixiviation par agitation (cuve) et d'une lixiviation par percolation d'avoir lieu ; un moyen pour la réalisation d'une séparation liquide/solide ; et un moyen pour l'extraction d'un produit contenant du métal ; ledit appareil pouvant être transporté et réinstallé afin de permettre à l'appareil d'être monté facilement sur site sans être géographiquement lié à un site particulier.
