Abstract

L'invention concerne une partie basse (4) de système de pipetage à déplacement positif, comprenant un corps (19) logeant de façon coulissante un dispositif (20) de préhension d'un piston appartement à un ensemble capillaire-piston dont le capillaire est destiné à être emmanché sur un embout du corps. Selon l'invention, elle comporte également des moyens (46) d'éjection de l'ensemble capillaire-piston agencés extérieurement par rapport au corps (19). Aussi, elle est conçue de sorte qu'une rotation relative entre les moyens d'éjection (46) et le dispositif de préhension (20) provoque son passage d'une configuration ouverte permettant de libérer le piston à une configuration fermée permettant de retenir ce piston, et/ou inversement.
