Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de finition d'un panneau dérivé du bois (1) qui possède une face supérieure (O) et une face inférieure (U), comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) application d'une couche de base en résine de mélamine liquide sur la face supérieure (O), la résine de mélamine pénétrant au moins partiellement dans la couche superficielle supérieure du panneau (1), b) séchage de la couche de base pour obtenir une couche primaire (2), c) application d'une couleur de fond sur la couche primaire (2), d) séchage de la couleur de fond pour obtenir une couche de couleur de fond (3), e) application d'une encre d'impression sur la couche de couleur de fond (3) pour produire un décor, f) séchage du décor pour obtenir une couche décorative (4), g) application d'une résine de mélamine liquide sur la couche décorative séchée (4), h) séchage de la résine de mélamine pour obtenir une couche de résine de mélamine (5), i) application sur la couche de résine de mélamine (5) d'un agent liquide contenant des groupes isocyanate.
