Abstract

La conversion de matière organique en produits dhydrocarbures valorisés comprend létape de décomposition de la matière organique en du liquide, du produit de carbonisation et du gaz à laide dune méthode hydrothermique catalytique rapide ayant une efficacité améliorée grâce à un transfert élevé dénergie locale par un effet de cavitation. La matière organique et des catalyseurs sont alimentés dans un réacteur de décomposition hydrothermique pour décomposer la matière organique en gaz, en vapeurs et en produit de carbonisation, le réacteur utilisant le transfert élevé dénergie locale par effet de cavitation. Le réacteur fonctionne à des températures denviron 200 °C à 380 °C et présente un temps de séjour denviron 1 à 60 minutes. Le produit est séparé en une boue lourde de produit de carbonisation et dhuile, en vapeurs et en gaz, les vapeurs étant ensuite condensées et séparées en partie aqueuse et une partie dhydrocarbures. Une partie de la boue de produit de carbonisation est recyclée en chambre de cavitation et le produit de carbonisation excédentaire est sorti de la chambre de décomposition.
