Abstract
L'invention concerne une plante transgénique comprenant un polynucléotide codant pour une protéine d'utilisation de l'azote fonctionnellement liée à un promoteur PBpr1. La plante transgénique présente une efficacité d'utilisation d'azote améliorée, une biomasse accrue et/ou un rendement en graines accru. L'invention concerne également des graines provenant de telles plantes transgéniques, des constructions génétiques pour préparer de telles plantes, et des procédés de génération et de croissance de plantes transgéniques.
