Abstract
The current problem with hand Muffs is the limit to one's own personal warmth.
With this design, it allows an individual to supplement or facilitate their heat source with another, whereby an industry available heat bag, or commercial heating product can be utilized.
This Muff, as well, can provide storage space for personal valuables wherein a pocket sewn into but not limited to the exterior layer of the Heat-assisted MUFF.

Description:
The Heat Assisted Hand Muff is a Hand Muff that can be worn close to an individual's body and is designed to fit most all commercial hand and small body-part heat bags, as well as one designed by the applicant. The Muff can be utilized with or without a Heat bag. The Heat Assisted Hand Muff is a valuable resource for those individuals who attend to, or participate in, outdoor winter events in a cold environment, and or those who attend facilities that have a cold environment, such as, but not limited to an ice rink and would like the additional option of an external heat source.
An optional separate sewn-in pouch also offers a place to store personal items, such as money, wallet, credit cards etc. allowing them to be accessible while utilizing the Muff, therefore reducing the number of items to have on-hand. The attachable/detachable strap allows the individuals the option to keep the Muff in close proximity, whether it be on an individual's shoulder, neck, and or around the waist and or utilize the strap for convenience. A children's strap design allows for the option of a break-away buckle.
The Muff has an optional design with an elasticized cuff, or draw-string/elasticized closure with fastener, at each opening to limit wind and cold air from entering.

The Heat Assisted Hand Muff is a Hand Muff that can be worn close to an individual's body and is designed to fit most all commercial hand and small body-part heat bags, as well as one designed by the applicant. Claims (16)
1) A Hand Muff comprising of:
A Unique Interior Warmer pocket/pouch An elongated tube with two open ends The tube is comprised of three layers, 1) an interior and 2) an internal (between the interior and exterior), and an 3) exterior.
A loop on each open end for the attachment of a belt/shoulder strap for maintaining proximity of Muff to an individual's body for the purpose of hand warmth, and storage of personal items.
An attachable/detachable body strap (primarily for neck, shoulders or waist) Muff can be made up of, but not limited to recycled material (s)
A Unique Interior Warmer pocket/pouch An elongated tube with two open ends The tube is comprised of three layers, 1) an interior and 2) an internal (between the interior and exterior), and an 3) exterior.

An attachable/detachable body strap (primarily for neck, shoulders or waist) Muff can be made up of, but not limited to recycled material (s)
2) A combination in accordance Claim 1 in which the loop can be any one of a fastener, such as a buckle, hook, buttons, or sewn material.
3) A combination in accordance with Claim 1 in which the strap for the tube can be consisting of any one of, or a combination of bungee cord, hockey laces, leather, fabric material, cording, knit material.
4) A Combination in accordance with Claim 3, in which the strap may include a child-safety break-away buckle.
5) A combination in accordance with Claim 1, wherein the opening can be any one of open, or with an elasticized closure for the purpose to limit wind and cold from access to interior of the Muff and pouch.
6) A combination in accordance with Claim 1, wherein that the interior of the elongated tube, is lined with thermal material, which can be any one of fleece, shearling, fur, faux fur, or Down(feather) layered material.
7) A combination in accordance with Claim 5 that the opening, when in combination of an elasticized closure, can include any one of, elasticized material, draw string with cabling, and draw string closure.
8) A combination in accordance with Claim 1 that the Unique Interior Warmer pocket is sewn into the interior of the Muff and can be consisting of open mesh material, or thermal material, which can be any one of fleece, shearling, faux fur, or Down(feather)-type material.
9) A combination in accordance with Claim 8, the Unique Interior Warmer pocket can hold a number of commercial warming products, to facilitate and extend the length of hand warming, to include but not limited to heat bags and or water bottles.
10) A combination in accordance with Claim 8 that the Interior Warmer pocket may have a closure consisting of but not limited to Velcro to maintain heat bag in the pocket.
11) A combination in accordance with Claim 1 wherein the internal layer of the elongated tube consists of insulating material and can be consisting of cotton, nylon or polyester batting, Down (feather) stuffing.
12) A combination in accordance with claim 1, wherein the external layer of the Muff can consist of or any combination of weatherproof, Down (feather) material, fleece, woven material, knit material, real or faux fur, or waterproof material.
13) A combination in accordance with Claim 1, in which a pocket/pouch may comprised in the external layer.
14) A combination in accordance with Claim 13, in which the pocket/pouch may have a closure which can be any one of a zipper, buttons, Velcro or fasteners.
15) A combination in accordance with Claim 13, wherein the pocket/pouch in the external layer may be comprised of any one of weatherproof, fleece, knit or mesh material.
16) A combination in accordance with Claim 12, wherein the Exterior layer may have a unique design, be of approved licensed material and or may appear as an animal figure.
