Abstract

Un dispositif de surveillance de lactivité nerveuse est présenté qui comprend une canule et un capteur servant à surveiller un nerf. Le dispositif peut être inséré dans un espace corporel interne à une profondeur dinsertion désirée et dans une orientation de rotation désirée pour surveiller lactivité du nerf et des muscles associés. Au moins un de la canule, du capteur et dun élément de support de capteur peut être configuré pour améliorer le contact désiré entre le capteur et les fonctionnalités anatomiques, comme les muscles, les nerfs ou les tissus, dans lespace corporel dune manière non traumatique. Au moins un du capteur, de la canule et de lélément de support peut être reconfiguré dune première configuration en une deuxième configuration différente, où la deuxième configuration sadapte à la géographie anatomique dau moins une portion de lespace corporel de sorte que le capteur entre en contact de manière satisfaisante avec le muscle ou le nerf ciblé pour le surveiller.
