Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant le raffinage de solides pétrolifères, notamment du sable pétrolifère et du schiste bitumineux, comprenant les étapes suivantes : la fourniture de solides pétrolifères à un réacteur et la décharge d'une vapeur contenant du pétrole à une température comprise entre 300 et 1000°C ; la fourniture d'une vapeur contenant du pétrole déchargée dans le réacteur à un craqueur, dans lequel des constituants d'huile lourde sont décomposés, la séparation des produits obtenus dans le craqueur et le retrait de flux de produits, l'introduction des solides subsistant dans le réacteur comprenant la fraction non évaporée d'hydrocarbures lourds dans un fourneau, la combustion des hydrocarbures lourds subsistant dans les solides dans le fourneau à une température comprise entre 600 et 1500°C, de préférence entre 1050 et 1200°C, la recirculation de solides chauds depuis le fourneau vers le réacteur, l'atmosphère oxydante du fourneau étant séparée de l'atmosphère du réacteur par un dispositif de blocage.
