Abstract

Cette invention porte sur de nouveaux dérivés oestatriènes substitués de formule générale (I) utiles en thérapie, notamment pour une utilisation dans le traitement et/ou la prévention d'un trouble dépendant des hormones stéroïdiennes, nécessitant l'inhibition d'une enzyme 17.beta.-hydroxystéroïde déshydrogénase (17- HSD) de type 1, de type 2 et/ou de type 3, ainsi que sur leurs sels, sur des préparations pharmaceutiques contenant ces composés et sur des procédés pour la préparation de ces composés.
