Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de nanofiltration amélioré destiné à la séparation et à la récupération de composants, tels que des sucres et des alcools de sucre, à partir de mélanges à composants multiples. Ce procédé se caractérise par le fait qu'il consiste à collecter le rétentat/perméat de la nanofiltration sous forme de plusieurs fractions avec différentes puretés, à éventuellement recycler au moins une des fractions de rétentat/perméat de la nanofiltration et à récupérer le composant désiré des fractions de rétentat/perméat de nanofiltration par différentes méthodes. Dans un mode de réalisation de l'invention, le procédé comprend une nanofiltration et une chromatographie combinées.
