Abstract

Une composition d'additif comporte au moins un composé de polyoxyalkylène et au moins un polymère d'éthylène, où le polymère d'éthylène, outre les unités dérivées de l'éthylène, comprend des unités de la formule (I) : (voir la formule I) et facultativement, les unités de la formule (II) : (voir la formule II) où chaque groupe R1 représente indépendamment de l'hydrogène ou du méthyle; où chaque groupe R2 représente indépendamment un groupe alkyle possédant cinq atomes de carbone ou plus; où chaque groupe R3 représente indépendamment de l'hydrogène ou du méthyle; où chaque groupe R4 représente indépendamment un groupe alkyle possédant entre un et quatre atomes de carbone; où la proportion des unités de formule I dans le polymère d'éthylène se situe entre 16 et 30 mols%; et où la proportion totale des unités de formule (I) et de formule (II) dans le polymère d'éthylène se situe entre 19 et 30 mols%. La composition convient particulièrement à l'amélioration des propriétés à température basse des carburants ayant des queues de distillation aiguë et des points d'ébullition finaux bas.
