Abstract

L'invention concerne une cartouche de système de dialyse péritonéale (DP), qui comprend : a) une cartouche étanche contenant une chambre de mélange, une chambre d'entrée et une chambre de ballast; b) un ou plusieurs orifices d'entrée/de sortie formés dans ladite chambre d'entrée, lesdits orifices étant totalement étanches lorsqu'ils sont fermés; c) une zone de détection de pression dans la chambre d'entrée, apte à mesurer la pression totale et les fluctuations de pression à l'intérieur de la cartouche; et d) une sortie reliant la chambre de mélange à une ligne de patient, dans laquelle ladite zone de détection de pression permet de mesurer les changements de pression dans ladite cartouche. L'invention concerne également un système de dialyse péritonéale qui comprend la cartouche susmentionnée, ainsi qu'une méthode pour effectuer une dialyse péritonéale à l'aide du système ou de la cartouche susmentionné.
